This items is just what is pictured. It is not huge, but big enough to carry pens, scissors, pen light, sharpie, dry erase marker, etc... Fits well into my cargo pocket on scrub pants or the bottom front shirt pocket of my scrub top (un-tucked of course). Will it carry everything? No. But will it keep all of your pens, markers and such in a secure sleeve with no worries of open or un-caped pens marking all over your scrubs? Yes!!!
I will never use it. It does not fit easily on a belt to wear around your waist. I have decided I am returning it.

So this is a good tool if you just need to organize your top white coat pocket and keep things from falling out every time you lean over. I keep my reflex hammer, light, and pens in it, and this has helped.Only downside is you have to shove it in the pocket, and it sticks up a little, but for many med students, this is the least of our issues. Looks exactly as pictured.

This stuff is awesome. I use it in the morning, as part of my "beauty" treatment. It is super soft cream. Feels almost like putting whipped cream on your face. I love it. Afterward, my face just looks so radiant. Have been using it for about 2 weeks now and I just love the way it makes my face look.I have been using the Olay products since about July 2006 and am very pleased. I use the Regenerist Night Recovery Moisturizing Treatment at night on my whole face and neck, after washing with Dove Regenerating Calming Night Soap (liquid, navy colored bottle) and I use Olay Smooth Skin Exfoliating Scrub about once or twice a week at night. Waterjel hydrocortisone is by far my favorite. I have very sensitive skin and i find all other hydrocortisone creams, gels, sprays or whatever to sting like the dickens. This is the only one Ive found that doesn't sting/burn and is easy on my skin. (my second best is the aveno cream fyi). These packets make always having some on hand sooo easy. Its funny but I end up using it a lot more than I'd ever have thought and now always carry a few packets with me. Great on small rashes and bug bites. (i get rashes from the button of my pants and really most other things. soaps, perfumed things, harsh cleaners, most laundry detergent, nickel, whatever)The reason I got this was my fiance has serious skin issues and and we can't always afford the prescription strength steroids. This stuff is great and gentle on his face,. he often forgets to bring stuff with him on trips but these are much easier to travel with and I always have some now too. I think it has less allergens / irritants in it because switching to this brand actually made his skin clear up faster than others that merely manage symptoms a bit. I think the alcohol and other ingredients in many hydrocortisone creams irritate his skin as much as sooth it. (again hes supposed to be one prescription strength topical steroids).
Anyway we just went through our first box, which lasted forever and I'm getting a second one.
Oh and as always I feel i should note that no one should ever put hydrocortisone or any topical steroid on their eyelids. I don't know why but people do this and its very dangerous. There are specialty products people can get from their doctors for the eyelid.

After I had my son, I was in a lot of pain after my doctor had elected to perform a certain "cutting" procedure. I was prescribed Tylenol with codeine, which I stopped taking after a single pill because it made me terribly sick to my stomach. I had a minor surgery on my back and during the healing period, the stiches during the night would itch and it would not let me sleep. My sister told me about dermoplast. I use Dermoplast spray on bee stings, sunburn and minor cuts, and keep a can in both my car and our home medicine cabinet. The benzocaine (20%) numbs the sting or injury and the anti-bacterial ingredient (benzethonium chloride) kills germs that can cause infection.We have a problem with fire ants, hornets and yellow jackets here in North Carolina, and I've whipped out my can of Dermoplast at the baseball field many times when someone got stung. I admit, I have this thing for bandages. Perhaps it's because I'm slightly accident prone, but I like to have a good stock of bandages on hand at all times. Consequently, I recently purchased three alternatives to try out: Curad Extreme Hold, Assorted Sizes, 30-Count (Pack of 3), Curad Flex-Fabric Bandages, 20 ea, and Jobst Beiersdorf Coverlet Fabric, Latex Free, 1x3 strip, 100-Count.First of all, this Curad Extreme Hold comes with a great variety of 18 standard 7/8" x 3", 4 fingertip, 4 knuckle, and 4 extra large 2" x 3 3/4" bandages per box. Unlike their Flex-Fabric bandages, these are made with a non-stretch fabric. Like their name suggests, these do indeed stick. I put one on to test out that claim and found that it would not easily peel off. I played with it a little with my finger and it remained firmly attached. In order to get it off I had to purposely use my fingertip and peel it back. Unfortunately, once removed the bandage's adhesive was noticeably affected and so these are limited in their repositionability. Durability seems to be merely average as after a couple hours of "normal" wear I noticed the fabric was already frayed at the edges.
Ultimately, if looking for a bandage that you can put on and have last for a day this would probably do. If on the other hand, you are looking for a bandage that you can "painlessly" remove with hot water (or in a shower) I would recommend you keep looking as, like the name suggests, these are indeed extreme hold.
