In addition, I had very slow shipping I paid for expedited shipping, ordered on Tuesday, they informed me early Wednesday morning my product was shipping... And it was handed off to UPS at 5 PM on Friday, to be finally delivered to me the next Wednesday.

Customer support has so far been unresponsive. Would definitely not buy again from this vendor.

Leukotape itself is great stuff & used properly seems to be very helpful for hard to treat pain like my own.

This item is not as pictured (Luekotape Combo packagge). When you call the "customer service" number they could care less and aren't even apologetic. When you ask them to fix your order so that you receive what you pay for they say they are not wrong and if I want to return the item I would have to pay an 18% restocking fee along with the return shipping fee. I guess that what means about "getting you coming and going".

I have a turned knee cap, so whenever I am going to do any activity (other than sitting on the couch) I use this cover roll, then tape my knee cap in place with the leukotape and I'm good to go. No more swelling or pain. ***Make sure you use a cover roll if you are going to use leukotape, the leukotape will rip your skin off.***
