I have been battling dry hair off and on for a while now due to going to school in areas with very hard water, but when I moved to go to an out-of-state school (harder water, still, in Miami), my hair seemed irreparable. My hair was soft, smooth, and even SHINY! That's such a rarity for my dull hair color and the dryness did not help at all. Check the ingredients, it's all about the natural oils. After conditioning, your hair looks and feels like you've sprayed it with a light sheen because it's so soft and smooth. Black women, this is the difference...this is why we need products made for us and by us because many people try and just don't understand black hair needs. I'm so glad this is now sold in a full size bottle!! I was seriously considering spending $40 on Alter Ego (which IS very good shea and coconut worked wonders for me at my local salon), but now I don't need to!!
If you have fine, oily, or mix textured hair (as in you are biracial), you may want to try the pack first. This conditioner is heavily based from natural oils that will likely be too much for oilier hair types.
Con: the orange-y smell from the orange oil is a bit much (smells like orange Ozium air freshener), but somewhat refreshing at the same time, if that makes any sense at all

I can only say that this product is excellent. This is the first review that I have ever written on Amazon and it is fitting that it should go to this product. My hair is natural and gray. This product has definitely been a God-send for my relaxed hair. It's a protein/moisturizing mix that smells like oranges (so if you hate oranges, you might want to stay away. I will say the smell doesn't linger though.) I put some on, deep condition with a shower cap under my bonnet dryer for 15 minutes and rinse out. My hair feels amazing AND it detangle so easily.Be aware that they rejiggered some of the ingredients recently (if you have the new designed bottle seen here, it's probably the new formula.) So you might want to purchase one of the packs before you decide to buy a bigger bottle.

I use the olive oil relaxer and always loved the replenishing pack it came with. My local target recently increased the price of the perm. Me being cheap, I decided to give another perm a try. I've used Dr. Miracles and gentle treatment with no problem, but I've always loved olive oil. The only bad experience I've ever had with another brand was with dark and lovely [gave me straw hair]. I use this brief, first aid kit on my walks. It fits snuggly into my fanny pack and is lightweight. There isn't a whole lot in the kit but you get band aids and some insect swabs and other rudimentary items. It is fine for what it is and a larger, more comprehensive kit can be purchased for home use. I knew I wanted one as soon as I saw it. Yes, it's a tad pricey but it'll be a stunning new addition to your room. This product is just the tin alone, without any additional first aid items. Instead, just buy an actual first aid kit and fill this tin up with those items (I did and there were still plenty of rooms for miscellaneous items). The only one thing that bothers me is the lack of a clasp for the top lip. It just doesn't seem very practical in emergency situations where you don't want to worry about the items inside falling out due to an unsecure top. But as a decor item, it's wonderful.

Ordered these for a Day camp for Cub Scouts age 8-11. The camp is all about bugs and we thought the tweezers would help the boys that were afraid to actually touch bugs. I was overjoyed at the price and through Prime had my box in 2 days with no shipping cost. The box only contained one pack of 12 tweezers instead of the 5 advertised. I immediately called and had to leave a message. After 5 days and 3 messages I decided to order from another company, afraid I would not get the tweezers in time for camp. I finally received a call back with apologies and assurance that my additional items would be delivered that day and they were. I was told the shipping clerk made a mistake and was told to email me so I would know the rest were being shipped. I had one of the other pill crushers and, as another reviewer pointed it out, the threads would jam unless I split the pills into smaller pieces first. That was annoying enough that I went looking for something better. The Ultra Pill Crusher is it. This one works so well I have no need to pre-split anything. It is well thought out and well manufactured. The threads are long enough so you can get them completely started before coming up against a whole pill and they are smooth enough to turn easily. You spin the top down until it comes up against the pill and then a little effort easily breaks the pill. What is especially clever is the shape of the pill cavity. Both the bottom and top pieces are slightly conical. This gives the top a bit of a point which immediately breaks the pill with very little effort. And since the bottom is also conical, any pill crumbs fall towards the center so when you can back off a bit and re-tighten the top, everything is converted to powder. My co-workers and I in my hospital unit all think the crusher works just fine and we like the grip you can get on the top because it isn't justround. Only drawback is that the base edges are kind of sharp as most of us hold it in our hands while we are crushing meds.

I have a g-tube so all my meds have to be crushed to fit through the tubing. I have literally worn out pill crushers. I got this one thinking it would be easier on my hands to use since I take 40 pills a day. The top half is easy to grip but the bottom half hurts my hands to hold. The sharp edges/ridges on the bottom really cut into my hand. Why didn't the top design and materials get repeated on the bottom? Also, the internal action of the crusher doesn't crush the pills completely. The several times I have tried I have ended up pouring the pieces into my old worn out crusher to finish the job. I can't believe there isn't a crusher out there that works, is durable and is easy to grip. This one almost got it half right.

That is where this kit comes in. This kit is great for feet but duct tape is superior on other parts of the body.I often get some chaffing around my waist or hip and so do the kids. This kit doesn't seem to work for those blisters but duct tape does.
If you have this and duct tape, you can't go wrong...or you can just use duct tape.

I went on a 1 week trip to Prague, Vienna, & Krakow walking at least 10 hours a day. Before my trip I bought a new pair of boots and tried to break them in. All went well until Krakow where I got pre-blister hot spots on both feet on my heels, toes, and ball of foot. Before the blisters formed, I used about 1/2 the pack of the moleskin pre-cut pieces and the problem was solved. Vacation saved. I will always have a fresh pack of them around. I like plastic bandages because they are water resistant (I wash my hands a lot), but my family members like the flexible fabric ones. These are good quality bandages! We've all gotten really good at the grip pull stick and it takes us like 5 seconds to put one on now. I can't believe we used to deal with the old style of bandages for so many years. I have been taking these for over a year now, and honestly they work the best for me. I am not pregnant, but my husband and I are planning on starting a family in the near future. I have tried several prenatal vitamins and for some reason they ALL made me sick to my stomach, even if I ate a large dinner right before I took them. I even had this problem with regular multivitamins and the regular One A Day Women make me sick too! With these, I haven't had any problems. I just take them at night right before I go to bed. This prenatal has the recommended amount of supplements according to WebMD, (with the slight exception of some Vitamin C and Thiamin but there are near perfect levels).Vitamins make some women sick. Pregnancy makes some women sick. Each woman is different so I would venture to say that if you take vitamins on an empty stomach (in the morning), yeah, you aren't going to feel good. Some might feel fine its all relative. Its recommended that you take this vitamin with food (like most vitamins), and that is definitely advice to live by.
Other complications can come into play in pregnancy, so when I see reviews with comments like ("I feel hot and dizzy, I am bleeding, I have a headache I took my vitamin 30 minutes ago so that MUST be the reason!") I have to wonder about fear and irrational thinking coming into play. Maybe its the vitamin, but most likely its your pregnancy. There can be some scary complications in pregnancy and women don't have much control over them, so its understandable that they want to find something to blame. Not to say that certain supplements don't interfere with some women's make-up... but in general, these vitamins probably work for 95% of its users. Maybe 99%, I dunno I don't do statistics.
The complaints about the fish oil in the DHA supplement: I usually have these during lunch, and I just don't notice any kind of odd breath, burping, or odor. Maybe I am just gross and don't notice? :) Hah.
I also commend this brand on its relative price value compared to other brands that contain less of the main essentials that are of paramount importance (folic acid, iron, calcium).

I have tried several different prenatals. They either made me sick or constipated. These have magnesium which helps with the constipation. I don't take the DHA .. just the prenatal.

You pull out the tape against the spring and it locks. You push the little white button on the side and it retracts in about a second.Having just broken the spring on a model like this, I would hesitate to pull it out the entire five feet. I pull it out to 4 feet 5 inches, and it feels dangerously tight. If you go the full length much, I'm confident you'll break it. Consider it a 4-foot tape measure and I think you're good for a nice, long life of the product.
It's handy. The case is 3/8" thick and 2" in diameter, so it fits in my office desk drawer for those unexpected measuring chores.
It measures inches on one side of the tape, centimeters on the other.

First Aid Only Sterile Emergency Pressure Dressing, Expandable, Non-stick Wound Pad With Direct Pre
I have not used one of these yet in an actual first aid emergency, but I did open one up to see how to apply it and what kind of quality it was. It is comparable to the israeli style pressure dressings, but not as bulky. It has a gauze dressing that can be folded over a couple times for smaller wounds or left as is for wider wounds, and has a kerlix style roll attached to it to wrap the dressing into place. What I found really nice about this product is that each one comes with a second roll that is not attached to the pressure dressing and can be removed to use as extra padding or for another injury.Overall it seems like a great product that I hope to never have to use, but will be glad I have it if I need it!

I used to be an avid Burt's Bees user until it started irritating my lips. I started trying a few different brands of lip balm and wasn't really having any different results until I tried Beecause lip Balm. Since I started using it my lips have not been irritated at all.
