I bought this for my uncle but he couldn't hear what the people were saying. It was loud enough but not clear enough. My aunt who is not hard of hearing couldn't make out who was on the phone even when she lowered the volume. We had to return it and ended up buying a Uniden Corded/Cordless Digital Answering System with Cordless Handset (CEZAi2998 which was great. Was worried at first because it didn't say hard of hearing in title but he loves it and said its clear.Save 29% Off
