Summit Retractable Tape Measure

You pull out the tape against the spring and it locks. You push the little white button on the side and it retracts in about a second.

Having just broken the spring on a model like this, I would hesitate to pull it out the entire five feet. I pull it out to 4 feet 5 inches, and it feels dangerously tight. If you go the full length much, I'm confident you'll break it. Consider it a 4-foot tape measure and I think you're good for a nice, long life of the product.

It's handy. The case is 3/8" thick and 2" in diameter, so it fits in my office desk drawer for those unexpected measuring chores.

It measures inches on one side of the tape, centimeters on the other.

It works well. It measures things and it retracts back int itself. Its a cloth material so it can measure around waists etc.

It's a good tape measure. It's easy to use and to get an accurate measurement. I prefer the fabric tape versus the old fashioned plastic they were once made.
