I was looking for a chemical free non-nano sunscreenand was hoping to find one that would blend in enough to wear everydayeven under make up. This one does, and for that reason it's a keeper.
Update: I received an email from the seller about this expiration date issue, wanna share:

There is no date on the bottle because it is 1 year from date of purchase
(unless we find out the retailer sold very old product, in which case
we take it up with them.) It is 1 year from date of purchase because all of our
products are hand made in very small batches. We never have product older than a
week or two sitting here before being shipped, as a matter of fact product is
regularly made, packaged and shipped all within a couple of days.
Because our product is chemical free with no preservatives or synthetics,
the easiest way to tell if product is "too old" or "bad" is by smell."
I hope that helps you! I can tell you that our inventory at Amazon was purchased May 25th and in inventory around May 31st days later, your order was made on June 28th. So the if the shelf life is about a year it would be approximately 9 months from now. I am sorry for the confusion and ambiguity but perhaps this helps a bit.

I like to keep several rolls of gauze on hand as they come in handy for all sorts of wounds on both people and animals. I had used the last two rolls I had when my small dog sustained a nasty slash on her side just behind her right front leg. If I hadn't had rolled gauze I have no idea how I'd have held the deep slash together till we could get her to the vet for surgery. So, I hastened to order more ASAP and am pleased with this. The good thing about this is there is a lot of bandages in the box. I got it for feet problems, but was simply too small. That was my fault for not knowing anything about bandages before ordering them. I've washed them several times and still good for the most part. Some of them were stretched too far so had to be thrown out.

Pros Consistent, fast, and when done right gives readings nearly identical to rectal. Once our baby got used to it he doesn't flinch at all while doing it and you can even do it to them when they're asleep without waking them. Also you don't have to disinfect it between uses.Cons Very sensitive to placement behind the ear... readings can be way off if you don't put it in the right place.
You have to feel and find the soft divot under your earlobe. With our 2 year old, and us, this spot doesn't match the diagram on the device at all. If you can get yourself to find that spot quickly you will like this device. I'm still getting the hang of it.
Take home question; Would I recommend this to someone?
I still consider rectal to be the best number because that's the number the Dr. wants to know when we call... but I generally only want to do rectal once or twice a day on our baby when I already am monitoring a fever. I was dissuaded be forehead and ear thermometers because the over-the-counter models seem to get a lot of negative reviews. The ear models have large probes -I wasn't sure it would even fit in his ear, or whether his ear tubes would affect the reading.
So, I would recommend it with qualifications this far. It is consistent, fast, but it's efficacy is user dependent.

I bought this product thinking OMG GREAT! I was SUPER excited i could use it while the baby was sleeping. My son was having a spout of fevers mostly at night starting at about 16 months. So we bought this because i was doing rectal before that. I was so excited that it was easy to use(or so i thought) and didn't wake the baby till the one day I took my son's temperature because he felt very warm, it read to me 96.9, ok thats pretty low, lets try again 96.9, try a different spot(with looking at the diagram and trying to get it as precise as possible)...96.9 ok I don't believe this thing now took his rectal temperature 104.2... If i did not act at that moment I am not sure what could have happened. After going to the doctor he had Coxsackie Virus. which can at points cause dangerously high fevers. I am so upset i spent the money on this product, my cheap rectal one seems to work fine for me. I read the 1 star reviews which generally stated that it was difficult to get a good consistent reading which is why the temperature reading was widely variable or inaccurate. I thought that once I understood where to take the reading it would solve that problem. I found that to be much more difficult than expected. The directions on where to place the sensor are poor and even not the same between the directions and the picture on the thermometer. Temperature readings I took ranged from 99 to 103 degrees. I took my child's temp when I knew there was no fever and the readings ranged from 97 to 99. I'm sure it's accurate if one were to get the exact location correctly every time, however I think that is very difficult if not a fundamental design flaw. At a minimum, there should be clear and detailed directions on where exactly to locate the sensor. I generally take about 8 readings every time and get a sense of what kind of temperature my child has.Also, you have to wait 10 seconds between each reading. It may not seem like a lot, but it's just long enough to be irritating. Especially in the middle of the night and especially when you have to take several readings.

Had some reservations about purchasing this; all the in-ear and forehead thermometers got very mixed reviews, as did this behind-the-ear thermometer. I have a two year-old son that doesn't tolerate anything in his ear, much less his rectum, and I needed something that reads fast and is comfortable for him, with reasonable accuracy. This thermometer delivers on all of these. I haven't experienced the placement sensitivity that others note, but I have noticed that it consistently reads ~1.5 deg F below actual (under tongue) body temperature (I know this by using it on myself). But it does this consistently, so the only time the inaccuracy matters is when it reads 98-99 deg F, which really means a low-grade fever. My son was clearly feverish, and the thermometer read ~100 deg F. When healthy, it reads ~97 deg F for him and for me both. And it does so with repeated measurements. Quick to use, comfortable for my son, and consistent from one temp to the next, the only thing that would get this to 5 stars is an accuracy matching an under-tongue thermometer. I have tried a lot of things to help the Osteo arthritis pain in my knees and hip, Glucosamine, MSM and the prescription and over the counter anti-inflammatory medications. Creams and salves like Biofreeze, Aspercream and what not. I have been taking 3 grams of Nordic Natural fish oil and two Cosamin DS Glucosomin and Chondroitin pills a day for years with a very good result, I recently added Iflex to my regime and his has given me very noticabl gain in pain relief, in fact I am nearly pain free.
The other added benefit from IFlex is an overall increased flexabilty that is remarkable.
I have chosen to continue to take Glucosamine and Chondroitin, along with the Iflex, and for me there has been no issue with this combination.
I take a 1 gram fish oil supplement called Ultimate Omega w/D3 from Nordic Naturals, 1 IFlex cap, and one Glucosamine w/Chondroitin from Cosamin DS in the morning. (two a day)
I take another IFlex and Nordic Natural w/D3 at lunch.
And I take a Cosamin DS Glucosaine w/Chondroitin, and an Ultate Omega at bedtime.
This is a wonderful combination and has improved my quality of life and abiliy to enjoy various sports including , step aerobics and golf, and as a side benefit it has dramatically improved my sleep and lack of stiffness and soreness upon waking, in fact there is none.
I love this supplement, especially in combination with the others.

3M STERI-STRIP Skin Closure - 1/2 x 4 - Envelope
I fell into the corner of a wall while sleepwalking (I know, I know, how ridiculous) and managed to split open my chin. I had to get 8 stitches, and I had a huge gross stitched line on my chin, which is hardly the new accessory I wanted for my work look. I tried bandaids, but the face is an oily place, and they would just peel off all the time, especially with the location on my chin moving the bandage so much when I talked. Also, regular bandaids just look gross right on your face like that. Ugh. But then, I went to the doctor to get the stitches removed, and she used these steri-strips to hold the wound shut (they take out face stitches way earlier than full healing, because you don't want to heal around the stitches and end up with a huge and raised scar).Anyway, these steri-strips were BEYOND FANTASTIC for covering the wound/scar as it was healing; I kept it covered at all times because of hygienic reasons since the cut was so close to my mouth, and at night as well because it itched and the steri-strip protected it from me unconsciously scratching it.
I love these so much.
Then a coworker was getting moles removed, so I gave her the extra package of these I had bought, and she loved them too. If the wound is still open or sore, these will stick a bit, so just use a little neosporin so it won't stick. Otherwise though, these STAY PUT, which is really helpful.
Oh, in my experience, be sure to change these every day. They'll feel like they could stick forever, and once the wound had healed into a scar, I was tempted to leave these for longer than a day, and they'll easily last for that, but when left on longer than about a day, the adhesive gets kind of gummy sticky, which isn't pleasant.
Overall, I love these...but I'm thrilled I don't have to wear them anymore!
