I have tried a lot of things to help the Osteo arthritis pain in my knees and hip, Glucosamine, MSM and the prescription and over the counter anti-inflammatory medications. Creams and salves like Biofreeze, Aspercream and what not. Accupuncture, tens units, cold laser therapy.

Cortisone injections, Hylauronic acid injections in both knees, Fluoroscopic guided injections straight into the SI joint.

I tried Boswellia, which does work but the relief was fairly short lived. All of these things did a little bit to help but, just not enough to make any real difference in how I feel.

I am completely surprised at how well it works, the bottle says that it works for four out of five people.

I have broken both of my ankles twice, had knee surgery on one knee (mdial meniscus removed) and suffer from a long history of over zealous running joint wear and tear.

I have been taking 3 grams of Nordic Natural fish oil and two Cosamin DS Glucosomin and Chondroitin pills a day for years with a very good result, I recently added Iflex to my regime and his has given me very noticabl gain in pain relief, in fact I am nearly pain free.

The other added benefit from IFlex is an overall increased flexabilty that is remarkable.

I have chosen to continue to take Glucosamine and Chondroitin, along with the Iflex, and for me there has been no issue with this combination.

I take a 1 gram fish oil supplement called Ultimate Omega w/D3 from Nordic Naturals, 1 IFlex cap, and one Glucosamine w/Chondroitin from Cosamin DS in the morning. (two a day)

I take another IFlex and Nordic Natural w/D3 at lunch.

And I take a Cosamin DS Glucosaine w/Chondroitin, and an Ultate Omega at bedtime.

This is a wonderful combination and has improved my quality of life and abiliy to enjoy various sports including , step aerobics and golf, and as a side benefit it has dramatically improved my sleep and lack of stiffness and soreness upon waking, in fact there is none.

I love this supplement, especially in combination with the others.

I have used this formula for a couple of weeks now because I have two bad shoulders. I have had two surgeries on my right shoulder and will be having a surgery on my left shoulder within a month. This product has helped my shoulders tolerate the physical therapy that I go through by allowing my joints to move more smoothly. I would recommend this product.

I have taken fish oil for many years, but recently developed a knee problem that my kinesiologist couldn't seem to help. I ran across I-Flex and gave it a try. I have never taken glucosamine. It says to take 3 in the a.m. and 3 in the p.m. I did that for three days and already felt so much better that I went to two capsules twice a day. I have only been taking it for two weeks, but I just came home from tennis for the first time, and my knee was so much better. I definitely recommend giving it a try!
