Due to having had cancer and have gone through chemo I now react to any type of perfume or dye out there. I really truly do. I have tried everything under the sun until I found plain old Aveeno. I can't even use the Lavender Aveeno but that is ok. This is just as good. My skin stays soft and supple for days. I no longer get rashes from my medications or from too much sun exposure. As for scent, this product really doesn't have one. You will smell a light scent when you put it on, but it will disappear shortly after.

Here is a tip....

When the bottle gets low, you will have to open it up and try to move some of the lotion that is stuck to the sides. After that you should be able to use it for another few weeks.

I too was utterly fed up with the claims of expensive lotions and their producers, making false and misleading statements about their "amazing" moisturising abilites.

Some of these lotions worked well enough at the moisture bit but at the cost of making you feel like an butter basted chicken most of the day!

I approached the 24 hour effect/ non-pore clogging claims of Aveeno with scepticism. I was very surprised and for once, entirely satisfied with the purchase. It is lovely. It works, it has a pleasant and subtle aroma. Reminded me of very mild, wheatgerm shampoo my Mother swore by in the 70's. Moreover it has excellent healing properties, I had not realised that oats have long been recognised as a major skin healer; even helpful for chronic skin conditions like psoriasis.

LShirley is absolutley right and the post showering tip is excellent. Another tip I would add for problem skin sufferers is to have an oatmeal bath once or twice a week. Have a regular shower to clean yourself, then run a bath with a small mesh/nylon or muslin bag (an old clean sock works!) filled with porridge oats; tied directly under the hot tap (fawcet). Then just soak yourself in the healing fluid!

I have family members in my house that have VERY dry skin. They use this daily after showering and it keeps their skin soft and suptle all day long. It's a great, non-greasy lotion, that does what it claims. The only issue I have is not really with the product itself. After you think it is empty if you cut it open you will find a ton of lotion inside. We actually save all the 'empty' lotions, cut them open and use a cake spatula to get out the lotion inside. We end up with another half bottle atleast. I only wish they sold them in bulk orders, I would buy a crate.

Mueller Blister Kit, 24 count

a lot of products for blisters are meant to be used before the blister actually pops up, but these are great for blisters that are already there. There are multiple pieces to use, depending on the type of blister, but the best part is the gel-squares that are about 1/8" thick that you can put over the blister not only to keep it moist, but to protect it. There a little covers (tape) that go over the gel squares that work quite well to hold them in place. The only downfall (and it is very slight) is that the covers are not large enough to cover the squares unless you get them lined up *exactly* which can be hard to do on your own feet. Bt far this is the best blister treatment I have ever used!

A perfectaddition to a first aid kit & definately for the car's first aid kit. We go hiking on the whim, so keeping these in our van's er bag has worked out well. I like the different sizes & so far, my only wish is that more bigger pads also came.

These bandages are exactly the same size as the standard brand name bandages. However, the pad on these is just a tiny bit wider, which is nice. See uploaded photo, the top one (near the ruler) is the brand name and the bottom one is an example of this product. Fabric is nice for bandages on joints (such as fingers), as it gives a little.

After prying open a blister packaged first-aid cream (First Aid Only First Aid/burn Cream Pack, 0.9 Gram, 25-Count Boxes (Pack of 3)), I was lucky enough to cut myself on a sharp end of plastic and try these out!

They're pretty much what you'd expect quality, fabric bandages that feel good, stay put (even when wet) and if you forget to replace them regularly, they start to smell a little foul.

Would recommend, especially for the price. I'm using them as a foundation of a first aid kit and, with kids that love wearing them, at least I won't go broke when all 10 fingertips have a bandage on them.

Upon a friend's recommendation I added Unguentine to my medicine cabinet. And the first time I used it on a burn that I knew would be really bad it amazed me how mild the blister and pain turned out to be. Of course the healing was way faster too.

Unguentine is one of the "I can't live without" things in my life. I'm 70 years old, and my mother used it from the time I was in grammar school or high school. She swore by it, and I still do. While this was a VERY FAST reasonable Item, I would not hesitate completely from getting products from them, the bottom line is they were packed and shipped poorly.

The card board box they came in was squished flat and masked were flattened into a priority box for shipping which means the box was opened and masked were only protected by outter container.

This intern means that there was no air tight seal, no plastic covering no solid debris barrier. If the guy next door shipped alligator guts or powdered cement, they easily could have leaked onto box and into container.

We ALL have recieved damaged packages in the mail, my favorite has always been the beef blood covered ones, and all packages are subject to government testing for anthrax.

So what would make one think a flattend open box stuffed into another closed but not air tight cardboard box would deliver a clean free package???

Not something I would use in surgery and not something I am thrilled with, but when its the fastest thing you can get and they by far were, you take your risks.

if they had stuffed them at least in a ziplock bag or double zipplocked bagged them, then we would be ok.

I was given samples of this cream when I was seeing a doctor about anal fissures. The actual doctor had been prescribing me a blood pressure medicine in a paste form to help heal my fissures, but one day he was out of the office and his assistant gave me the samples. I absolutely love the stuff. When I have a little anal itching all I have to do is pop some on the tender areas and I'm usually good in a couple of days. Also use it for hemorrhoids with great results.

Another great use for it is chafing. I am a bit overweight and sometimes I get some chafing on my inner thighs. There have been a couple times where the pain is so bad that I can't even walk. Put a thin layer on it with some cotton pants and by the morning it is all better. No redness and no trace of even having any chafing!

this was actually recommended by my daughters urologist to help treat her horrible diaper rash caused from the daily antibiotics she is required to take. it takes away all the redness from the rash and helps heal the large and small open sores. for whatever reason it doesn't completely heal the area so we switch off between calmoseptine, triple paste and balmex which does the job. when the area is bad we use a thick layer of it but a very thin layer for daily use when the rash isn't bad. as a note, we found that adding solid food to her diet has kept her rash gone!! i imagine it cuts down the acidity of her stool. if i would have known that before i would have introduced food to her before her 6mth bday. ugh. live and learn.

Bought these for hunting. As effective as regular ear muffs and can just hang around my neck until required. Fast and easy to put on. Exactly what I was wanting. There are two types of these available. One is slightly more pointy. I found the less pointy type more comfortable. I have a few different kinds of more expensive ear protection. But I usually reach for these as I head out for sighting in or hunting.

These earplugs not only protect my hearing but are very comfortable as well. When not being used, they are very comfortable around my neck. Good design......great product.

I wanted some shooting hearing protection and saw a guy on YouTube, Hickok45, using something that loomed just like these. After getting them and trying them on, I found that the ear buds are way to big to fit inside of my ears. I even let a few people try them to see if it was just me, the were to big on all. I did trim them down with a knife but they were never what I was looking for. I wouldn't buy them again. But if you have large ear canals then they might work for you.
