Not sure how the other reviewer had his come off in minutes unless maybe applying to a wet surface.I use this cloth tape when I run. Like many runners, if I don't use something on my chest, after extended running (half marathon or longer) I'll get bloody nipples. If you're a runner, you know about it. If you're laughing, it's not a laughing matter.
In any case, you can go pay a premium for nipguards (Amazon sells them), or you can use a good quality tape like this. I've used the cheap pharmacy brands like CVS and Duane Reade and they stink. They will come off as I work up a sweat, or worse, over time they'll wear a hole right through the tape and then will get the bloody nipples anyhow. One of those others does not come off cleanly the glue sticks to your skin and does not stay on the tape real annoying trying to get the glue off of yourself, especially if your skin is sensitive or broken at the time.
The only tape comparable to this is the J&J brand. I've found the Nexcare just as good and less expensive.
For athletic use, this tape works well.
Also, very important and to avoid potential confusion this is a 2 Pack and each pack includes 2 rolls so you are getting 4 rolls. That's not especially clear. Amazon might do everyone a big favor by showing the picture with two of the two packs so there is no doubt.

I have been using this particular product since long ago. However, the quality of this last package differs from my previous experience. In comparison, the adhesive is not as strong, strips are narrow and there is a new cutting line that makes the strip to behave oddly when applied to the skin. Maybe, it's just me. The product was shipped as promised. Great first aid for any kit for home or away. These will work just like stitches and can get wet and still do the job. They do work much better when used with Benzoin compound which is like a glue to help the strips stick to the skin. These same bandages are used at hospitals if you are too late to get stitches for a bad cut. I have used them may times, however getting hard to find in stores. NOTABLE PROBLEMS WITH THE SIRI
When I heard that the Siri was even more powerful than the Hitachi Magic Wand, I was excited to buy it. I was not excited when I received it however, as it has some problems that need to be noted. I found the Siri to be very hard to hold on to. Not only was it very small and hard to keep a grip on, but I kept accidentally hitting it's 4 buttons. They are very sensitive and easy to trigger. Also, you have to be very careful not to get the part that hooks in to the charger wet. That is hard to do with such a small device. I found myself more worried about the toy rather than pleasuring myself. Also, my Siri didn't want to completely charge the first time I charged it. When I plugged it in, the lights stopped blinking after just about 5 minutes (which indicates that the gadget is fully charged) and it was not fully charged. This toy runs out of juice a lot faster than it says it does too. It boasts lasting for 4 hours on a 2 hour charge, but it only lasted about an hour and a half. Actually a little less.
SHOULD I BUY A SIRI?
In my humble opinion, the Hitachi Magic Wand may be very large and not as sexy looking as the Siri, but it is a whole lot more fun to use. I found the Siri to be nothing more than a glorified back massager, that gives you some degree of stronger power that most traditional vibrators, but not as good as the Hitachi. If the Hitachi is too strong for you, I would buy the Siri because it has many more speeds. I would also buy the Siri if you don't like the bulkiness of the Hitachi Magic Wand. I will just say that if I knew what I know now before I bought the Siri, I wouldn't have bought it.I needed something a little stronger than the Lelo Lily, and so far this thing has been great! It's shape and size makes it much more maneuverable than the Lily, too! It's about the same volume as the Lily, but much stronger, I've found.

the siri is great.if you're slightly embarrassed about phallic-shaped pleasure objects then i highly recommend this little guy. cute, discreet and unintimidating (especially if this will be your first time using a vibrator or you're just introducing your partner to one).
i'm not too sure why everyone is saying this thing has no power...not to get too detailed, but i can finish in less than thirty seconds with this guy on the highest setting! siri is not meant to go inside of you (although i'm sure you could try to push him up there), but to massage your clitoris. the only reason why i can think this would be not powerful enough is if you've only ever masturbated with a (strong) vibrator and only climax with one, too. if that sounds like your situation, then i guess you should go for something stronger. but, if you're able to climax by yourself (with your hands) or with your partners hands, or from oral or from just sex itself then i'd highly recommend the siri. :)
like don't get me wrong, it's not like i can finish super easily, but this thing has seriously taken the work out of it. and if you've ever had to give up because your climax just wasn't going to happen, then DEFINITELY think about the siri!
i have to say that i have only charged the siri ONCE. it came fully charged. weekly sessions (some 30 mins or longer, some less than a minute) and i still had batteries in early october 2012 (i bought the siri in late may 2012). i had to leave the siri on full blast to deplete it's batteries for 2+ hours because i wanted him to be fully charged for when i visited my boyfriend. the siri charged super fast (i'm not even sure how long i checked back 24 hrs later and it was already done), and didn't die at all when i was on my trip.
i love the multiple settings (i think it has five) and the different strengths of vibrations. for instance, you can leave it on the first setting (which is just a straight buzzzzzzz), and then crank it up to the point that it sounds like an epilator!! so the siri can be quiet, but it can also get some SERIOUS power going. the reason why i love the last setting is because it has all these crazy buzz thingies that go in a pattern it's the one i go to when i want to finish in less than 30 seconds!! :p it has one where it goes "zzzz......zzzzzz.....zzzz....zzzzz" and you can change the strength to make it more or less powerful.
ummm, i love that it has a lock feature so it won't turn on randomly in your purse or if you're traveling. i easily got through the airport with the siri and i love that it came with a cute satin carry pouch to store it in.
not enough good things can be said about the siri. highly recommended. :)

I worked in the ER and for cleaning wounds I loved this stuff, but some doctors are starting to shy away from it's use. Please do not use my opinion when it comes to medical advice. I am NOT a Dr. Personally I use Betadine type stuff to clean cuts to help kill bacteria etc. I also mix it with Hydrogen Peroxide to soak a puncture wound like a nail through the bottom of my sneaker. You still have to see your Dr. and make sure your tetanus shots are up to date. This is a very inexpensive cleanser for wounds.It works well in treating cuts and in my opinion is a better
alternative to creams that stay greasy.
The downside is that it does stain where applied a bit of an orangish color.
The lid is prone to breakage, so treat it with care. Mine arrived broken.

Accoutrements Enchanted Unicorn Bandages
We bought a whole box of these bandages in conjunction with the Unicorn farm we were running (see "Raising Unicorns" book review). We had a myriad of injuries from kids getting torn apart or impaled by unicorn horns on our Unicorn farm. You don't realize what kind of damage a unicorn horn can do until you see the guts of some poor child oozing out of his abdomen after getting gored by a unicorn horn. So we bought these bandages hoping they could help contain the massive amounts of bleeding we were experiencing. My daughter loves the metal can the band-aids came in and uses it for many different things. The band-aids work but they are a little on the thick side and don't stick as well as cloth ones. I bought this kit via a live purchase, not online, but after recently having had to use it in a real burn semi-emergency, I simply must review it. At the time I was appalled at the price of a relatively small box with just these items in it. Now I think it was cheap at 10X the price! I've also purchased a bunch more of the small packs for my various other emergency kits at work, in the car and in my back pack.The gel works by simply removing heat and halting the process of the burning. And it does it fast and very completely. It then also removes the pain and keeps the tissue supple so you don't rip off the damaged skin. That certainly lowers the risk of infection.
So how do I know?
I recently reached out and grabbed a bowl that had been in the oven. Both hands, full contact and then I couldn't just drop it because of the boiling liquid contents. Therefore I had to lower the bowl, albeit quickly, before I could remove my hands. All of my fingers had immediate burns and raised flesh, meaning blisters. And they were in serious pain.
I used my thumbs to open the box right in the emergency drawer next to the stove. I had to tear open the packet, and that was painful, but then blessed relief came as the gel came in contact with the skin. It was instantaneous. Within a minute or two the gel had already soaked in, indicating a significant burn and the pain started coming back so I finally got the bottle open and applied liberally. Again, relief. I reapplied several times over the next couple of hours but was amazed at how well this worked. Most of the blisters never really filled and some of the fingertips were just raw rather than blistered.
Yes, I did get some nasty blisters the shape of the rim of the bowl, but overall, it was far less than I would have expected. And, to top it off, the blisters went away really fast and seemed not as full. I can't recommend this product highly enough. It should be in every kitchen, handy and ready.

Nice foam, which you can roll down and then insert in ears. Slightly long, but better too long than too short and scissors can easily snip off to any length. I use when studying at the library, flying in a plane, etc. They are comfortable and helpful, and from what I could tell, could be used approx 6-9 times per pair, depending on your level of ear wax. I keep mine in a little Sucrets or peppermint box. A fellow student keeps hers in a Tic Tac box.
I find that they do block noise very well. I have had many foam and overhead sound blockers in my life, and these are superb and economical. I always bring a pair to concerts, and extras for my friends. I have seen all Mayhem Heavy Metal Fest shows, and these help immensely.

I need silence when I sleep! Guess I owe this to my parents always making sure I had complete quiet as a baby. [update 2/9/2011]After I sent a message to the retailer (Coast to Coast Safety) asking how to go about getting a refund because I felt the earplugs were faulty, I was promptly contacted by representatives from both Coast to Coast Safety and Moldex (the manufacturer). It was apparent that they were *very* concerned about the performance of their product considering that it is intended for protection.
Coast to Coast immediately pulled all inventory that came from the same batch as soon as I was able to furnish them with the lot number from my package.
After a few short phone calls with Moldex, they replaced my box of earplugs with one from a different lot. They had me return the box to their QC department and they paid for all shipping costs.
The second box of earplugs worked as advertised. I would purchase this product again and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Coast to Coast Safety nor Moldex.
The earplugs themselves are about 1/8" longer than Hearos, so have a better chance of sticking out a tiny bit from your ear. With that in mind, you might find Hearos more comfortable for sleeping or you can just remove the extra length with a quick swipe of some scissors.

I use ear plugs all of the time every night when sleeping to drown out city noises and occasionally when going out to night clubs to protect my hearing.
The ear plugs in the box I received barely block sound at all I can clearly hear most frequencies through them, such as the fan from my air cleaner. I tried a different pair of ear plugs that I have lying around just to make sure; those blocked out most frequencies and lowered the sound level just as I would expect from 33dB ear plugs.
I also noticed that the texture is different from other brands I've used in the past the outer part that seals the ear canal seems almost porous (though I'm not sure that this has anything to do with the poor performance of this product).
I will be returning these.

I was asked to buy this item for an 8 months old chronically ill baby in Europe, apparently there is nothing comparable being sold there. I'm an overweight woman in my late twenties training to run a half marathon (yikes!). After running 2 5Ks in a week, I started to get HORRIBLE lower leg pains. I mean, we're talking pain that went right down to the bone. I took a few weeks off, soaked in epsom salt baths, massaged my legs, and eventually the pain went away. Until I started running again. This time, the pain started after less than a mile. The day after the run was the worst, I could barely walk.My husband, who has 7 herniated disks in his back, sees a chiropractor and recommended that I use this stuff. So, I did.
I have to admit that at first, I didn't really notice anything. The first time I used it, I rubbed it on and kind of made a mess all over our new leather couches (oops!).
A few hours later, I put on a second layer and boy did I feel it that time! On a day where the temp hit 98 degrees and the humidity was well over a 100, I had to go sit outside because I was chilled!!!!
In all, I used biofreeze four times that day on my left leg and three times on my right (the left hurt much, much worse). The last time, I only put it on my left leg, by this point my right felt fine. I also spent several minutes massaging my half.
When I woke up in the morning, I was astonished. There was absolutely NO pain in my left leg and only mild pain in my right....even though my left had been bothering me worse. I attribute the reversal to that extra, generous use of biofreeze.
Since then, I have used biofreeze for a variety of things. Here's my summary of the best way to use it:
Use generously. The package says "a thin layer"...but don't be afraid to use plenty.
Apply twice within a relatively short time period (2 hours or so).
Massage it in! Massaging helps in and of itself...but it really seems to amplify the effect of the biofreeze. Yes, your hands will get really cold when you're done. But you can just deal.
A word of caution this smells VERY STRONGLY. I mean, we're talking Vicks-vap-o-rub strong. But, the smell fades within 30 minutes or so.

Right from the start, this tape is a pain to use. I had to break open the dispenser just to get to the tape. The tape is very thin and stretchy. Some parts of the tape are super sticky and other parts won't stick to anything. I'm not even sure that it's cloth tape as advertised. A total waste of money. i will refrain from buying J & J products in the future.I wanted a sturdy tape to wrap around my finger tips when I was gardening this Spring & Summer. J & J First Aid Cloth Tape works well at a good price.Thank you Amazon!

This is the best cloth tape.Unfortunately it is also the most expensive. I bought the curad cloth tape and it is waterproof and long lasting.
THIS is the one to buy if you're planning on using tape against your skin on a daily basis & are looking for something that is the "least", in terms of skin irritation, and the BEST, in terms of adhesiveness and the sticking power of this tape. It's the BEST.

I've got 4. They do what they claim. I used it at 40 degrees and was comfortable with only jeans and a light nylon shell jacket. No significant condensation in my experience.They seem to be marketing this as an ultralight alternative to a 1 or 2 season sleeping bag. I keep one in my daily travel bag that goes between job sites, along with a Klymit 9.1 oz inflatable pad. Those two items together form a complete indoor sleep setup that weighs a total of 1.1 lbs and fits in the corner of a day bag, for about $120 total. Wear a few extra layers for warmth, and use a light head cover in rain, and this item does the job in less than enjoyable outdoor conditions. I don't think there is any comparable option that is lighter or more compact. It 'feels' flimsy, but so far has stood up well to regular use.
EDIT: Used this on a damp night outside when temps dipped to 38 degrees. Things didn't go so well in this situation. I had a few additional bulky layers on to stay warm, so the fit was very tight. I managed to rip the draw cord while adjusting to find a comfortable position in the middle of the night. It's gonna be hard to repair since it broke all the way at the base of the cord. Going back and forth between a couple other bivy options, I really notice the lack of space in this product. I still like this item for indoor travel sleeping that's where it's destined to stay for me. I'll stick with tougher and bigger bivy bags for any real outdoor use. For a few ounces more, a bigger bag with an extra layer of sleeping clothes feels much more practical to me.

Backpacked the Zion Narrows and packed the SOL escape bivvy instead of my usual sleeping bag. At 8oz, my friends were jealous of the light weight. We arrived at the campsite along the Virgin river with rain. I set up my Big Agnes fly creek UL1 tent, thermarest trekker pad, and unrolled the bivvy. I changed my wet clothes for a light fleece jacket and Smartwool long johns. After dinner I crawled into my tent and bivvy for well-deserved sleep.I awoke later to more rain and cold, so slid further into the bivvy, zipped it all the way up and tightened the hood cord... ahhhh, nice and warm again. At 5'7", I fit perfectly in this bivvy with some room to spare. If I had expected less than 55-60 degree temps, I would have worn socks and a fleece hat or balaclava, which could take this down to a comfortable 45 degrees. The bivvy stayed dry, no condensation build up. As I moved around in my sleep, it was quiet and held in my body heat. As I warmed up and cooled down, I would zip or unzip as necessary.
I am careful with all my equipment, so I expect this bivvy to last a long time. It will be my go to on all 3-season backpacking trips. I have to wear warm clothes in camp anyway, so I might as well use them as a shell for sleeping in the bivvy. This is great for ultralight backpackers!
I also take it in my first-aid kit during day hikes.

Have only tried it in the living room fresh out of the box. I am 6'1" tall and 240 pounds non muscular build and this bag fits too snug. At the shoulders and waist it is snug with almost no room to move my arms or roll over. It will work as it is as an emergency bivvy for day hiking but I wish it had a size offering like "relax fit" pants for extra room. This is my first experience with a bivvy. I brought it to put over my 35* bag to boost the rating a little as well as provide some protection from unexpected rain on a trip to Big Bend in early January.I slept under a bottomless tarptent through a 1.5 inch rain in the mid 30s. By the early morning the ground was completly saturated and water had run under the sides of the tarp leaving me sleeping in about an inch of standing water which covered my foam mat. I was REALLY surprised that the bivvy was actually waterproof enough to keep me dry through that. It also breathes relatively well. You will get some condensation if you cocoon yourself up inside it so your exhaling into the bag but otherwise it was really great. I'm right at 6 feet tall about 170 lbs and it fit me well, Not too tight and the length was good. It's made of tyvek that has a metallic coating on the inside, Kinda soft but still crinkly. It feels like Tyvek that has been washed or crumpled several times.
It doesn't seem super sturdy but I didn't have any problems really. I had a small portion of the draw string cord channel come unstitched. It was easy to fix though.
The performance is good for the money (and weight) but i felt like it was a little flimsy. It will probably last me a couple of years then I'll just get a new one. You'd have to buy several of these to equal the price of a really nice bivvy. I thought it worked well for my uses.
