Betadine is betadine, IMHO. Good, works as expected. Worth getting any time one has topical skin problems. Very glad to have it in my house, for my stubborn skin.

Great price, acceptable product. I would like a recyleable non plastic container though, or at least the choice for such a container. The container is an acceptable and usable container.

I worked in the ER and for cleaning wounds I loved this stuff, but some doctors are starting to shy away from it's use. Please do not use my opinion when it comes to medical advice. I am NOT a Dr. Personally I use Betadine type stuff to clean cuts to help kill bacteria etc. I also mix it with Hydrogen Peroxide to soak a puncture wound like a nail through the bottom of my sneaker. You still have to see your Dr. and make sure your tetanus shots are up to date. As they say on TV, for professionals use only, do not try this at home. lol

I use this on one of my dogs that has multi skin problems. And, although it hasn't cured those problems, it has greatly reduced them.

This is a very inexpensive cleanser for wounds.

It works well in treating cuts and in my opinion is a better

alternative to creams that stay greasy.

The downside is that it does stain where applied a bit of an orangish color.

The lid is prone to breakage, so treat it with care. Mine arrived broken.

I seem to get stuck a lot, but don't bleed much at all ;-)
