First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads-60 ct.

This was probably the first skincare product I started using after several years of being resigned to washing my face with only dove soap and using a super sensitive unscented lotion. Several years ago, I had a terrible reaction to a facial and my face was red and peeling for weeks. Since then, my dermatologist recommended that I use only specific allergen free products, which definitely helped the redness and peeling to go away, but I was left with pretty dull skin that I didn't know what to do with. I was deathly afraid of trying any new products, but I was slowly won over by a sample of these facial radiance pads... I started using one every night and remarkably my skin did not have any horrible reaction!! Even better, I noticed right away that my skin did look brighter and more refreshed. I felt like it was the perfect addition to my bare bones skincare routine. Since I started using The First Aid Beauty brand, I've tried several other products from their line but the radiance pads seem to work the best so far. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is that there is a slightly strong scent that takes some getting used to, not sure if it's due to the licorice root ingredient? But the radiance pads are still worth it for the gentle exfoliation they provide and the ease of use... I would definitely recommend to anyone with sensitive skin!

First, a bit about my skin. I have very sensitive, acne-prone skin, that is flaky/dry in most places, and shiny in others. I can't use regular exfoliating products because they ALL make me break out (as do most products in general). I was at my complete wits end, and then along came this product. It has completely changed my skin!! I use it every night and it never irritates. I wake up with baby-soft, exfoliated skin, and my breakouts have decreased substantially. I should add that I am also now using the FAB cleanser, and the ultra repair cream, but if I had to pick one, the radiance pads are my must-have. I will never use a different skin regimen again!

I first found this product when shopping for a simple toner to refresh my face between washing and makeup application each morning. Not only do they serve that purpose, they seem to moisturize my face ever so lightly without being greasy. The one thing I dislike is tossing all those pads in the trash, but I figured out a way to minimize the impact: as needed, I cut a stack of 4 o5 five of them in half and just pop them back into the jar. They stay as moist as all the others, go twice as far, and I'm putting them in the landfill half as quickly. Better than the alternative!

I put this on after I cleanse my face, and it feels really moisturizing for my face. I noticed my skin tone looks more even, and it's been helping my acne too, if I get a pimple it will go away in a day and the redness will go away immediately. I used the other reviewers advice and cut the pad in half to make it last (it's great since you don't really need a whole pad, there's enough product on half a pad for your face). I My face feels really refreshed after I use it too, kinda like I can breathe through my skin, I can't explain it, but it's lovely. I'm so grateful that this product came about. Once again it's allergy season and there are times when the oral medications just don't do it. Equate Nasal Spray clears a stuffy nose in just a few minutes. The only thing you need to be careful of is not to use it to much. Using it more than the recommendxed amount can get your nasal passages "hooked" on this spray. It's also suggested that you use it no more than 3 days. Since this is the only reasonable allergy product for me, (since insurance no longer covers any of the oral medications)I use it only when absolutely necessary. I write down when I use it, and how many sprays I used. Except in rare situations, I don't ever use more than 3 squirts in each nostril twice a day. Bottomm line, I'm one of this products biggest fans, you just need to use some common sense, if you can get away using less of the spray, the better. The product I used prior to Equate Nasal Spray was a "brand nasal spray,) but it is more expensive and I can't tell a difference!

Just For Men Touch of Gray Gray Hair Treatment

This product does leave some grey giving a more natural appearance. In the package insert, they tell you not to use leftovers at a later time as it will not work. I used it 6 weeks later and it WORKS :) Just make sure you do not leave air pocket inside the tube.

Tried product and loved it. Unfortunatly after my first use I went to purchase another. Could not find my shade anyplace. Again Amazon to the rescue. It supplied me with a vendor that stock it. I ordered and received promptly.

The splint does a good job of holding the thumb joint, and does not chafe or otherwise cause discomfort. But I am restricted from wearing it on hot days because, unlike the name of the item, it is HOT. Also the wrap-around strap has lost much of its ability to stick to the velcro. For the price, it should last longer. (this is the most expensive of this kind of brace)

Exercise Trampoline - Trampoline

This is a great low-impact exerciser. This is my second one. I had to leave my favorite one in San Francisco when I moved. You can get a very good workout, without any further damage to, in my case a middle aged body. I've had one hip replaced and the other one is acting up plus some compressed discs in both the lumbar and cervical spine; and have very arthritic knees. I added the stabilization bar this time just to be on the safe side and the whole set up allows me to get excercise without going to the gym, or dealing with the 95 degree heat. The unit is well made, easy to assemble (minimal assembly is actually required. It took less than 5 minutes so I could get started right away. I was introduced to this form of excercise when I was in nursing school 45 years ago and still recommend it to my friends. The steel springs and heavy construction are clues to this lasting for years just like my last one.

Its great to be able to look forward to excercise without worrying about causing more damage to my boomer body; it has already been through Vietnam, motorcycles, bicycle racing, and the last straw...falling down steel steps at work with my back and head banging every step.

I recommend you give this a try, and find out excercise can be fun again.

I use my trampoline a couple times a week, gently walking or jogging for no more than 60 minutes and it BROKE while I was using it. One of the black straps broke off completely and I don't trust that I can use it any more. And I am wondering of its SAFETY. Will other straps break too? I would like to get my money back. I can take a picture of the piece that ripped off.

Curad Curad Telfa Non Stick Pads

I developed a fairly large open spot shortly after surgery. I started using these pads once it was time for the wound to dry up. The pads did stick a little to the healing wound though not entirely, just to bits of it. It was definitely better than regular gauze, but I thought they would be better. I think if it would be fine for minor scrapes and cuts, but not for my particular case.

MABIS Tape Measure

Tape-measures for sewing, in my experience, are often without coverings. Lose, they must be folded and refolded, and finally bound with a rubber-band, to prevent tangles. The better ones are made of fiberglass or flexible plastic, (as is this MABIS tape-measure), but many are made just of a thick paper stock -easily torn and so, quickly useless.

Tape measures for building purposes, however, come in nice, protective housing, (as does this MABIS tape measure), and are SO conveniently retractible -but they are made of metal, and so do not have the flexibility needed for sewing or health purposes.

This nice little MABUS tape-measure, however, combines the advantages of the flexible, sewing-and-health, superiour fiberglass

tape-measure, with the protective housing, (and full retractibility!), of the building-construction tape-measures, at a very reasonable cost!

True, the tape measure, inside the housing, is only 5/16" wide -a bit less than is found in many "non-housed" sewing/health tape measures. But it is perfectly adequate for most purpose. Too, this tape-measure is WHITE, with red printing -a bit different from the usual yellow, with black printing that I have seen on other, flexible sewing/health tape-measures. But the red is a nice dark red, and is easily seen when in use. This tape measure also has metric measuring on the reverse side, something which all tape measures -whether made of fiberglass for sewing/health purposes, or made of metal, for building should definitely have. This MABIS tape measure is a full 60" in length, but there is also a convenient 12/16" of extra, non-measured tape at the beginning, and slightly more than a full inch of extra, non-measured tape at the end, for even more accurate, and easier measuring.

To use this tape-measure corretly, hold down the tob button, draw out the required amount of tape, then release the button. The tape will stay out of the housing for use! When you are finished using it, simply press the button again, and the tape will wind itself into the housing. (And do so very quickly!)

This retractible tape measure, as with all retractible tape measures, works with an inner-spring. It is easy for a child to mistake this tape-measure for a toy -and for a playful/creative adult, (even fully realizing it is NOT a toy), to play play with it as a toy, nonetheless. Or, it can all-too-easily be used as an "executive toy", to help banish modds of nervousness or agressiveness. But the spring inside is NOT indestructible! It can break, easily, if misued! This is a SEWING/HEALTH device -and NOT a toy! If the buyer wishes this device to last for many years, I suggest it not be used for anthing else than for sewing/ health purposes!

All in all, this is a nice product for the price! And, at approximately 2 1/8" in diameter, it neatly fits into even the smallest of hands! Sew....er, SO, it is definitely a real winner!

A pretty good product. The tape gives you inches and centimeters, which is always nice, and the tape itself is small enough to fit between any bumps or rolls you might have. The small size is perfect for a travel sewing case (fits right in the palm of your hand).

I highly recommend this product for those who make clothing or for those who just want to keep tabs on their body size.

Not to much to review. I'm satisfied with the measure. It did the job I needed it to do, which is take my measurements. There is a button that locks the tape in place which is a nice feature. I recommend this measure to any one needed one that's cheap and easy to use.

Why? Well, the outside of this retractable tape measure are two fitted shell pieces. And by "fitted", I mean it's not even screwed together like the lid of a jar. I mean it's like a hamburger where the top bun cups onto the the bottom bun and there's not even any ketchup to work as a pathetic adhesive.

This is a problem because this thing's selling point is its ability to retract the tape measure. The retraction is enabled by this thin and sharp metal strip coiled up inside, dying to be set free. This product is so small and light that dropping it is like dropping a plastic soda bottle, which shouldn't hurt the product one bit. But the shell is so weak that dropping it will just make it explode open on impact due to the metal coil inside.

Another way is that it'll pop open when you pull the tape out too fast at an angle (which is what happened to me). Oh, and please DO NOT give this to kids because the thin metal strip inside of it can cut them if it escapes. The only bright side I can see if this breaks is that you can easily take out the measuring tape and continue using it as is, because it isn't tied or glued into the container.

But if you wanted something retractable, you're better off looking elsewhere.
