After the first use of this, I was agreeing with many of the more ambivalent views about this product. It's very tight on first use, hard to hold, makes a lot of noise, has varying control with the buttons than what is described, and, for larger girths, won't create a proper seal to get that suction feeling.
I'm just over average length but a little thicker, and highly anticipated this product after reading many of the positive reviews. A common theme amongst the negative reviews is that there is little experimentation, or time to use and test the product. Many go along the lines of "I didn't even bother using it once, and threw it out." How can these people know how this toy behaves, without even testing it?
My first experience went much along the lines of those. An excessive amount of lube has to be applied internally to get it going, but this ends up creating quite a mess, and a LOT of noise when you really get going. I found that by applying a minimal amount to the inside, and then directly lubing your junk works MUCH better. This is little excess, creates much less noise, and ends up creating more stimulation from the slightly increased friction on the inner surface.
One of the problems I haven't been able to overcome is the inability for this toy to create a seal. Because it is made from 2 separate halves, the entry point is split down the sides until it reaches the casing where it locks back together. These 2 splits, when being used on someone with a larger thickness, create an opening for air to escape. The advertised ability for this toy to create suction when used with the center button doesn't seem to work if you're to thick.
At the same time, the toy is quite deep. Unlike a fleshlight which is relatively uniform along it's whole length, tenga flip holes vary their texture as you go, so you'll always be feeling something different. For those who don't have enough length, much of this toy will be wasted, as there is a lot of padding around the entry point that can't offer stimulation. You need to enter at least an inch before the real textures start, and to get right to the end of the toy (with the 360 stimulation point) you'll need a much longer than average penis. This seems to be a great oversight in design. In order to get the full use of the toy, you need to be fairly long, but at the same time, this will most likely mean you're a bit thicker than average too, meaning you won't be able to get the seal around the entry point for suction. The toy seems designed for those who are long but skinny, allowing you to go deep but maintain a tight seal (After looking at the demonstration videos, the simulation rods used are approximately this shape).
However, this does not mean the toy is completely useless. The stimulation provided by the first 4/5 of the toy (about as far in as I can get before bottoming out) is PLENTY to create a huge amount of stimulation, if you do it right. After using this product a few times, each successive use has been more and more intense, to the point of reaching climax in under a minute, when I can normally last upward of 30 mins. Using this toy effectively takes a bit of practise, and time to learn the structure and best way to hold it. The large diameter of the toy makes it a little awkward to hold if you want to use the buttons at the same time. Both hands must be used to maintain a grip and apply pressure to the buttons. When used with one hand without the buttons, the toy is actually quite easy to use, but may not provide the stimulation you hoped for. This toy will bring you to those climaxes where you can't help but whimper to yourself from the sheer intensity.
One thing I love is how contained it is. There is NO mess, except for a little lube leakage if you use too much. Everything stay inside, and easily washes out. The drying mechanism is also great. You can wash it within a minute, and the leave it hanging up to dry without having to worry about any other maintenance. The shape is another great design feature. It looks as though it could just be some kind of strange water bottle, or modern art decoration. Leaving it out in sight won't attract any direct attention to it, unless someone opens it up to take a look.
The lube it comes with is a great bonus too. Sadly, all three of my tubes had cracked during transport, and the lube had spilled out throughout the packaging. I managed to salvage enough to try some, and it makes for a convenient little addition. When this toy arrives, you won't have to go looking for a tube, it'll be right there in the packet.
Some sound advise would be to take your time using the toy, getting to know how it works, and how you need to manipulate it to get you off. The toy can DEFINITELY get you there, if you're patient and take the time to form a bit of a bond. If you treat it well, it'll pay you back 10 fold.

I bought the Tenga Flip Hole after my girlfriend and I split ways and I gotta say it was worth the $70 I spent. With the amount of control you get and the textures inside stimulating you, this is by far a better product than the Fleshlight even the ones with the different textures in it.
The Good: Lets start off with the control you can get from the three buttons. Remember when your girlfriend would tighten her muscles during sex and it would feel amazing?
