works for me...I'm a paraplegic with a diagnosis of IBS/colitis/proctitis...just whatever the next doctor wants to call it...and all the fun symptoms that come along with these diagnoses. Years of several different prescription meds with little if any progress. Within a week of using this stuff my digestive system is functioning normally...or at least normal by my standards. I was afraid to eat...I ate only to survive.Instructions say one capsule daily before a large meal. I started with two a day the first week. it's only been a couple weeks, but i enjoy eating again without apprehension. I feel revitalized...nutrients are providing energy I haven't felt in years. The fatigue is gone...the pain is gone. I know i'm making this sound like some kind of miracle cure...it seems that way to me...especially after my experience. it can seem hopeless. I'm just so grateful.
Don't know how it will work for others, but for me...so far so good....very good(knock on wood ;-). I also use probiotics, but this seems to have been the missing ingredient. maybe several other products would have the same effect, but it's a fair price and it appears to have fixed something several prescription meds couldn't. I'll stick with it as long as it works, and it's definitely working.
