Got a sample of this from the nurse at work. It was the first OTC medication that actually took away the pain in my lower back. I tried to find this at the local big-box retailers to no avail. Finally found it here on Amazon. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with back pain.Read Best Reviews of Medique 07333 Back Pain-Off Back Pain Relief Tablets, 100-Pack Here
I took a different product for knee pain--same drugs, but a different name. The other product was discontinued. After a long search I found this. I have had surgeries on both knees and have tried everything from injections to physical therapies. Nothing works as well for my pain as this product, even prescriptions that cost hundreds of dollars.Want Medique 07333 Back Pain-Off Back Pain Relief Tablets, 100-Pack Discount?
These are excellent pain relief pills, I first tried them at work and had to have them for home use.Veridian Healthcare Instant Ice Compress, 6-Inch x 9-Inch (Pack of 24)
3M Tegaderm HP Transparent Dressing - 2-3/8" x 2-3/4"
I use this produce daily to cover a patch used for Rx purposes and can honestly say that I love them they remove a little more skin at times than their original brethren but I imagine that is a personal skin issue. I warn consumers to check prices on this particular product $50-60 is a good price but this product can go to $100 or more. Caveat emptor
Tactical Trauma Dressing, Israeli Bandage, 4 Inch
Reasons why I like the Tactical Trauma Dressing, Israeli Bandage :
+ It can be applied one handed for self treatment for those times where you might be separated from your group or alone in the wilderness while hiking, backpacking, camping or hunting. This bandage is issued to military personnel and many in law enforcement use it as part of their kit. In situations where you are alone or when help is minutes away it is critical to effectively control severe bleeding resulting from a traumatic event. Failure to control bleeding in a timely manner can lead to hypotension, shock or even death.
+ The long elastic portion of the bandage can also be used and improvised in the field for other purposes such as to create a sling or to wrap an injury such as a sprain. It is always nice to have multiple uses for a single piece of gear.
+ The Tactical Trauma Dressing, Israeli Bandage is small and will fit nicely in your first aid kit.
+ It is sterile and vacuum packaged for long term storage.
+ Instructions for use are printed on the back of the packaging. In a high stress situation it is very easy to forget what to do so it is nice that the user can refer to the instructions if they have a "blank out" moment during a crisis.
I highly recommend the Tactical Trauma Dressing, Israeli Bandage for your first aid kit.Good item for any trauma kit. I hunt and shoot in south Texas and always carry a trauma pack for emergencies.

I'm always a bit reserved when buying products with an expiration date as I have been burned in the past. However, this product has a LOT of time left before expiring. They were produced in 06/2012 and don't expire until 06/2017 leaving plenty of time. I'll definitely use this retailer/seller again!Want Tactical Trauma Dressing, Israeli Bandage, 4 Inch Discount?
Tactical Trauma Dressing, Israeli Bandage, 4 Inch will come in handy in case shtf or who knows just in case you need itAircast Airlift PTTD Brace
It does not fit in most of my shoes. I use a lightweight elastic support for lighter use of my foot.
For PTTD with high arches, aircast makes another brace for about $20 more cost, almost identical but with an air bladder in the arch--it is awesome comfort. After the initial inflation to get the bladder perfect, I have not had to change it -it has held the inflation perfectly. I spent 4 long days at Disney and Universal and the PTTD did not hurt (though both of my feet were tired, as to be expected). The brace with the bladder is what I wear to Zumba. My female shoe size is 8 1/2. I wear a medium in the aircast with bladder, but a small in this one on Amazon (without the bladder). The brace with the arch bladder fits best in a size 9 shoe.
I have had both braces for over 7 months and they have been worth the cost, and barely showing signs of wear When I wear one, my foot is pain free at the end of the day. It is worth the nuisance to put it on when I will be on my feet a lot, which is almost every day for at least part of the day. I take it off when at home. Excellent for PTTD troubles. Did help a great deal ... but: you will have to wear two pairs of socks. 1 for beneath the brace and one OVER the brace because the Velcro catches on to your pants leg. This means your foot will be too wide to fit in anything but a lace-up sneaker that is one size larger than your regular size. The brace inflates a sack below your arch, lifting the arch which alleviates one of the problems with PTTD. The brace also keeps you from pronating which is also a problem with PTTD.
DON'T buy a Small size unless you are very petite or child-size.
I ended up buying one for the other foot which helped me walk better, helped me heal faster. Wearing one made me feel lob-sided. I am finding a bit of skin irritation from either the heat of all that wrapping, or the material of the brace.
The brace is worth buying but I hope you are not in a hurry. Check the shipping dates.
UPDATE JAN 2012
Another reviewer wrote about how these will stink. I can't get the smell out and they are falling apart.
My doctor put me in an immobilizer, a soft cast, up to the knee. He said PTTD needs complete immobilization. My ankle feels better. Maybe you should save your money and buy an immobilizer.

Started to lose the air required for support after 3 hours of standing/walking/sitting combination.I use these for work. However did help with my PTTD issue. I ordered the Cara syringe because the product photo seemed to indicate there was no seam. I have been fooled by product photos before, but this time the syringe matches the photo. There is no seam Furthermore, the syringe has a 2 year warranty, which suggests the manufacturer expects it to last.
The confidence is justified. Or at least this syringe is far better than all those tried previously. As of this writing I have been using the syringe daily for 6 months and it shows no sign of weakness. I expect it to continue working for many more months.
Now my problem is what to do about all the likely unneeded syringes. Because I had experienced so much trouble previously, I ordered 6 of these syringes rather than one or two because I wanted to be prepared. Previously when ordering syringes I had order 4, 5, or 6 so it would not be necessary to order every month. But this time it appears that those 6 are likely to get me through a number of years.
The syringe is labeled as an ear syringe and has a guard on the nozzle to prevent it from being inserted too far in the ear, but it also works as a nasal syringe. I find that the spout goes into the nose as far as the other syringes by pressing the guard gently against the nose.
The spout diameter is not as large as those on the previous syringes, probably to prevent too much pressure on the ear drum. But this is making it a more effective syringe for my purposes. With the previous syringes, the liquid injected into a nasal passage either drained out of the same nostril or ended up in my mouth. However, with this syringe, very little is draining out of the nostril; most is going into the mouth or passing through to the other nostril. I am sure I am getting a better nasal irrigation with this syringe than with the others.
The bulb of this syringe is a bit softer than those on the previous products, but it sucks up more liquid than they did. And this bulb is more consistent than the others with respect a getting a good quantity of liquid each time.
I highly recommend this syringe.
Witch Hazel Dickinson Astringent Blue Label - 16 Oz
It's also pretty inexpensive. A very nice old fashioned remedy that comes in handy to have in your medicine cabinet!I am a fan of using witch hazel product. I got this for free after rebated at my local drug store. after reading all the positive reviews from many different sites. i don't find any reviewer online that have mention about anything aboout causing irritation on skin. and decide to give it a try. i try it on my face as a toner and i feeling cool and refreshed. but few second later, there's irritation occurs and shows sign of large size of pore appearance minor buring and redness on my cheecks. the syndromes are same when i first tried the sea breeze astringent for sensitive skin. I called the dickinson hot line to ask them why dickinson yellow label and blue label got similar ingredients. but the blue label irriated my skin? they explained that the yellow one contains witch hazel extract/ witch hazel flower extract and is much more gentle than the blue label one. blue one is better for pharmaceutical usage.
I quit using and go back to my dickinson oil controlling astringent. this one is the best b/c is astringent contains witch flower extract, controls oil and reduce sizes of pore causing no irritation!
first i thought the TN blue label astingent and dickinson oil controlling astringent are pretty much the same thing, except the blue one is more valuable size. that's why i would give it tried, but i guess blue one doesn't suit for my skin. i got combination oil and sensitive skin. next time when i buy witch hazel product and i have to read the ingredients carefully. ^_^|| now i know the difference b/w dickinson yellow label, blue label and oil controling astrigent.

I started using this product after I saw a review online for good astringents and since I have issues with using certain products on my face. I've got sensitive skin as well so I have to be super careful what products I use to keep them clean. I had been using other products like this one but they tended to irritate my skin then I would get an allergic reaction or break out badly. Ever since I started using this, I have noticed that my skin is cleaner and it is crazy how much stuff this picks up that cleansers leave behind. It's 100% witch hazel unlike other witch hazel on the market. I definitely recommend this product to anyone that wants to improve their skin.Read Best Reviews of Witch Hazel Dickinson Astringent Blue Label - 16 Oz Here
Tried this one after using astringent, and worked wonders! My acne dried up fast! Pair with moisturizer afterwards as it tends to dry the skin. A little strong-scented but the smell goes away once in contact with skin. Definitely a must-have.Want Witch Hazel Dickinson Astringent Blue Label - 16 Oz Discount?
What's the second ingredient in Dr. Perricone's Super Detox Elixir? What's the second ingredient in Murad Clarifying Toner? What's the second ingredient in Olek Henriksen Grease Relief Face Tonic? I could go on and on.....but I'll just let you know. It's witch hazel, which you can find in your local pharmacy for a few bucks, is a great astringent. And its one in its purest form. What is witch hazel? It is the leaves and bark of the North American shrub known as Hamamelis Virginiana (sometimes you might see this on a label as an ingredient in your favorite toner or astringent instead of the words "witch hazel"). Witch hazel naturally grows in Nova Scotia in Canada, and Florida in the United States.
Witch hazel can be used for so many things but using it as your daily astringent can not only give you great skin but also a lot of bang for your buck! In addition, witch hazel is an herbal and natural product and thus it is great for sensitive skin. You can apply it after shaving, waxing and any kind of skin care regimen.
There is a reason you can find witch hazel in so many skin care products. It has so many benefits: it reduces excess sweating and oil secretion, helps with large pores, treats acne, and helps with various other skin conditions. The astringent also has anti-inflammatory properties. If you have ever had a facial, you will notice that usually after extractions, your aesthetician will apply with hazel to your skin. Witch hazel can also help prevent the development of acne as well as treat existing acne and pimples. This is the reason why it is frequently used in acne skin care products.
Another approach for using witch hazel astringent is treating psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, diaper rash and poison ivy rash in the natural way. Witch hazel is also one of the best herbal remedies for alleviating sunburns and windburns.
And the best part is that you can pick it up at your local pharmacy for about five bucks! Hope you enjoyed this skincents tip! For more tips and reviews visit pimples and wrinkles. And look out for the launch of our new site this month which will feature product reviews, treatment reviews and spa reviews. See you at pimples and wrinkles!

Being a medic I use my light for assessing my patients. I like the colors they are really nice but the quality is cheap, The on off switch seem loose and the light weight aluminum appear to be easy to bend. I haven't had a chance to use them yet until this summer when I will be working up in the mountains. This medical light is great! It takes two batteries and is very niffty. As a volenteer EMS person, this is very handy on the job and is a beautiful blue and nice form of medal. I certainly like the clicky top, instead of the clip-push. Very satisfied with this item, exspecally the price (:Want Pen Light Flashlight Torch Doctor Nurse EMT Emergency Medical First Aid Penlight Discount?

The plugs themselves are durable, they're easy to wash (important if you work in a dusty/dirty environment)which most people don't do often enough.
My only negative is that they are a bit too small for my ear. I wish there was a better way to size earplugs before you buy them, but the only way I know how to do it is trial and error. That being said, I'm sure these will work well for you pending the proper fit.

Burn-Free Burn Packets Box/25
I burned my arm a month or so ago about a 4" mark on the underside of my forearm. The only product that could take the heat and pain away was Burnaid. It's worth keeping on hand and the small packets make it convenient to take along in first aid kits, purse, even tuck a packet or two in the car.

my family and i have used this many times and are amaized how well it works. my wife spilled coffee from fast food on her leg and it was HOT, got home and applied the gel twice that nite, next day no sign of a burn at all. i will never be with out some around .This is the ONLY product I have found and used that actually does what it says it does. I had a nasty burn and applied this to it right away and by the end of the day when I removed my band-aid it was as if I had never suffered the burn! Great product!Besides silvadine (?), this is the best stuff you can get for burns. I have pale skin and scar very easily, and cook daily. One packet of this stuff is enough to soothe a treat a burn, and I have never had bad scarring while using it. Also great for sunburns. I use these mostly. I find the fabric bandages stay wet. Those heavier sports strips are good though, but I don't always want such a heavy bandaid, so these are good for general use.Tactical Development Group Trauma Kit by Rescue Essentials - KHAKI BAG
Severe hemorrhage: Utilizing Celox, CAT or SWAT-T tourniquet, trauma dressings, and compressed rolled gauze
Open chest wounds: Utilizing the Hyfin chest seal or the Bolin chest seal
Compromised airway: Utilizing the nasopharyngeal airway
The contents of this kit include the following:
1 Maxpedition Fight Pouch
1 Combat Application Tourniquet (C-A-T)
1 SWAT-T Tourniquet
1 Celox 35gm Packet
1 Celox Trauma Gauze
1 Bolin Chest Seal
1 HyFin Chest Seal
1 Nasopharyngeal Airway (28 fr) w/lube
1 NAR Emergency Trauma Dressing, 6"
1 NAR Emergency Trauma Dressing, 12" (Abdominal/Stump Dressing)
2 NAR S-rolled Compressed Gauze
1 7½" EMT Shears
1 12 Hour Light Stick
This kit is built upon the Maxpedition FIGHT pouch platform which securely holds all of the contents while being readily accessible with the tear away design. Maxpedition makes very high quality gear that is rugged, durable, and will stand up to abuse. One of the aspects that I really like with this trauma kit it that it has built in redundancy. There are two tourniquets, two chest seals, and multiple methods for handling severe bleeding. This is an excellent kit to treat an individual with multiple systemic trauma or multiple individuals. All of the contents are top quality except for the SWAT-T tourniquet which in my opinion is not as effective as the Combat Application Tourniquet. Some minor adjustments that I would make to this kit would be to include 2-3 pairs of Nitrile gloves, add 4 packets of Water Jel Burn Jel, Pain Relief 25 ea, and add a small LED flashlight such as the Streamlight 66318 MicroStream C4 LED Pen Flashlight.
I highly recommend The Tactical Development Group Trauma Kit as it is an effective trauma kit. Most kits have components that are cheap quality but not this kit. In fact, this is one of the best "pre-packaged" kits that I have seen on the market.
