These are the best instant cold packs I've used. They get much colder than other brands and the cold lasts longer. The size is ideal plenty of coverage but easy to handle. I keep one in the car and put one or two in my suitcase when I'm traveling. Excellent first aid on the spot. With an injury I was told to ice every two hours, I was able to do it easily by carrying these with me and was not confined to staying near the freezer.
