Here's some things to remember about this product if you're a first time user:

-Medicated unlike a lot of other creams/lotions/ointments

-Thick paste-like ointmenta little goes a long way

-A big tub lasts a long time so don't be worried to spend a little extra

-For DIAPER RASH so don't use it on anything else!!

The Triple paste ointment is something I use for severe cases of diaper rash only. It's very heavy it takes a long time to absorb and it makes the baby a lot less cranky which is wonderful. Between the diaper rash cream for her and nipple cream to help soothe my wife (Motherlove Nipple Cream + FREE Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Lotion Fragrance Free 8 oz.) I have a lot less on my plate to worry about. Our baby is breast-fed so my wife gets aches and sore on a regular basis which causes her to be almost as cranky as the baby! The nipple cream is safe if a baby latches on afterwards and it helps make my life easier. Diaper rash cure, nipple pain cure...all is well in my world again.

I read through the great reviews and decided to give it a try. I was so surprised at how FAST this works! Our baby's diaper rash seemed to 'almost' go away with other products but it took days. Without hours, I could see a different using Triple Paste. The next day it was totally gone.

Now we use powder during the day, unless there's sign of a rash, and use the Triple Paste at night before bed. The 16 ounce jar has lasted us 10ish months and we still have some left. You shouldn't need a tablespoon full like I read from another review.

My poor 6 week old baby girl had a pretty bad diaper rash. Her skin was raw and bleeding. She screamed at every diaper change. We tried Desitin, A&D ointment, Balmex, and plain old corn starch.
