I have excema and used to use Cortagel as any cremes actually inflame my skin and ointments are a mess. Cortagel has been discontinued for a few years so I was searching for a replacement product. I happened upon this after having excema on my elbow for three months (everything I tried did not work and the spot was spreading). I tried Cortaid Intensive Therapy Cooling Spray on a Sunday and by Thursday my excema was completely cleared up! This really is the best cortisone product I ever tried. I bought a case of it.

I have psoriasis which I can easily control with the cream, BUT I also get it on my scalp. Have you ever tried to apply cream on your scalp? It's a mess, unless I use Q-tips which takes forever. I used to get this spray all the time, then we moved and I could not find it anywhere in my area. I was so happy to find this here on Amazon. This stuff works. Other creams I have to apply 3-4 times a day and it still takes forever to heal. But this stuff I spray on every other day and the psoriasis disappears and it is great to apply it to your scalp and does not make your hair all greasy.
