Betadine skin cleanser

For some reason, I tend to get frequent infections on my skin. Bacteria have a field day with me. Betadine takes care of it, time after time. I haven't run into anything so far that Betadine hasn't been able to help with (including the initial stages of impetigo) or cure (including infected splinters and boils). Gentle on the skin, tough on bacteria.

For those out there that struggle with similar underarm issues especially when they exercise, you may want to try using this product to cleanse under the arms. It disinfects and kills bacteria that naturally accumulates under the arms. To most people this is simply manageable with soap and deodorant but to some it can be a challenge to control with typical methods. This product is very effective to control underarm "issues!" It is safe and with regular use there is even no need to use deodorant even when you exercise. At least this has been my experience. Deodorant can contain chemicals that are not very safe to our bodies, so using this skin cleanser is an added benefit if you worry about the use of deodorant.

I hope this helps someone out there that may be looking for an effective way to control this "issue" with their underarms. I added a link of some person that also used it with positive results.

First Response Daily Ovulation Test-20 ct

These ovulation sticks are amazing. I have PCOS and lost my left ovary to a very large cyst a couple years ago. I knew for sure I would end up having to use fertility meds to have a baby. My cycle is so unpredictable when going off the pill. So when trying to conceive with our first, I bought these sticks. I used this when TTC baby number 2. I was still breastfeeding my first, and my cycles/fertility signs were a little crazy. My previous cycle was 40 days, so I bought this because I knew I'd need a lot of tests to capture my surge. I used them daily (at 2 pm, not first morning urinewhich I really think is important) and there was always some form of second line. Emergency Prepardness Kit Soft Pouch

I searched through Amazon for an inexpensive first aid/ emergency kit. I decided to get this one since it includes a radio, whistle and a few other supplies most kits don't have. This is a great starter kit. It is perfect to have in your car and/ or home. I packed this into a backpack with some other needed supplies in-case of an emergency. The radio is cheaply made but WORKS. It even has a little medical guide. Everything is organized and packaged pretty well. My only hangup is that the plastic packaging is cheap and will tear easily with regular use. I'm thinking about getting another one. For the price, I would recommend this to anyone.

I was looking for a jumping off point to assemble new first aid kits for the cars. This seemed like a good idea to start with and then I can add in my own stuff afterwards. The things that are in here, though, are VERY limited. Like 2 alcohol wipes or the smallest amount of hand sanitizer humanly possible to package. The CPR barrier is actually the crappiest thing I've ever seen pawned off as an actual CPR device (think of the plastic sheet you may have used on a manikin in class) I wouldn't actually USE that thing on anyone.

The red bag is good quality, seems fine but the bags inside (which contain the supplies) are about the same quality as ziplock bags, except they're made of a heavy cellophane type material. They also have no closure on them aside of sticky adhesive that is made to keep resealing over and over again. (I'm sure that's not going to last long)

You could make & assemble all of this for less cost but if you want to do it lazy style (like me!) then it's a starting point but nothing more. You're going to have to add things (and there's not too much space to do it in).

It does absorb moisture pretty well without losing grip, although it doesn't shed that moisture easily; the tape will be sopping wet even if a bandage it secures isn't.

The cover roll stretch acts as the first layer, directly on the skin. It provides no support at all, but sticks to the skin well, even when you get sweaty from sports. It's very stretchy so it moves with the knee. As a base layer it holds well so the Leukotape can do it's job.

A knee injury had me looking for methods to stablize/aid the joint. I tried this tape as well as the Kinesio Classic and here are my findings. First of all, I did the taping myself with my son's help (he's a personal trainer). I haven't been to the doctor since I know I'll be sent to this place and that for multiple tests, xrays and an MRI. Problem is, walking makes it worse so I'm hoping that with rest, elevation and taping it will heal on its own. If it doesn't, of course, I'll bite the bullet and take the medical route, but after years of horse injuries (both to them and me) I know things often heal on their own with time.

I bought both these types of tape, not knowing which might work the best. The Kinesio is a slightly better deal as you get 13.5 yards as opposed to 10 yards for this product for about the same price.

This product is lighter and has a smoother finish, but is not nearly as stretchy as the Kinesio. I have very sensitive skin and neither product caused a skin problem. This product is easy to remove from the backing as the backing paper is split down the middle so you only have to fold it a bit to get a corner of the paper to pull off. Actually though, I found application of the Kinesio was a bit easier once I got a corner of the backing free because the single strip of backing could be pulled away as you applied the tape which reduces opportunities for the tape to catch and stick to itself.

The real difference in the two types is in the finish, the weight and stretch. When you want to tape around the knee cap, for example, you need the tape to stretch and 'bend' so it lays smoothly. You want to support the joint/muscle, not immobilize it. If you need that level of help, you probably have a more serious problem that requires professional attention. In my case, I use this tape only in places that don't need to accommodate movement.

The slightly smoother finish means the tape is less likely to be pulled away by clothing like slacks or a shirt worn over the taped area. The lighter weight seems like it would be a bit cooler although I haven't noticed a difference. It stays on really well. In the end though I just find the Kinesio tape more comfortable because of the stretch feature. If you need to tape an area that doesn't require movement, though, this tape is a good choice.

It is o.k . It is helpful for knee and ankle problem. no useful for wrist , hip and other part of body.

3M Micropore Surgical Paper Tape 2" x 10 yds. White - Box of 6

Used this for an abdominal surgical wound for twice daily dressing changes. Abdominal skin is very sensitive and I the fabric tape and plastic tape were tearing my skin and causing sores. This tape helped a lot and did a good job sticking.

My "Wound Care" specialist recommended the 3M Micropore Tape for me since I am very sensitive to just about every other tape\adhesive that has been tried in the past. This has been a really good find as after two weeks of use I haven't had any reaction and my condition will likely require use of the tape for several more months.

The tape is strong and holds very well. I like that it is perforated and can be hand torn into convenient sizes at about 2" increments. Like all long term use tapes, it will leave some sticky adhesive residue on your skin when it is removed, but it is fairly easy to remove by gently rubbing the area with a warm dampened washcloth.

We also use Box of 4 3M Micropore Surgical Tape 3" x 10 yds White 3M 1535-03 as well, with the same great results!

Classic High Power Magnifying Glass Set - 6X, 8X and 10X - Chrome Rim and Handle

The optics are of decent, but not great quality, they are just fine for home use. Compared to lab quality magnifiers, they are sub par. Of course lab quality magnifiers cost 10X what these do. For what you pay, they are decent quality.

My warning to possible buyers is that to pay attention to the description. It does clearly state that the larger one is the 6x, and the smallest the 10x, but I missed that when ordering, so be warned. I was expecting the larger one to be 10x. My fault, but wanted to make sure no one else has same problem.

I bought these for my hobby and work of sculpting miniatures. Mainly for examining the miniatures after I am done sculpting. The overall quality of the magnifying glasses is decent, the glass lenses are great and very sharp and clean, however the magnification claims are terribly off. I expected this to a degree, but not this bad. I compared them to my UltraOptix Round LED Magnifier 4 Power and found that it was as good as the 10x in this set. I then compared the other two in this set and found them lacking even more so.

So realistically you get a 2xPower(Large size) 3xPower(Medium size)and 4xPower(Small size) magnifying glasses.

Technically that really stinks. However the glass quality and magnification clarity were excellent and entirely defect free. Compared to my UltraOptix which has a plastic lens, decent clarity and all sorts lens refraction issues, these glass lenses are far superior.

For the price you can't really complain as the overall quality is pretty good. However the magnification is just weak. I will now be looking for a true 4xPower, 3in or wider glass magnifying lens to suit my tastes.

As for this set, I find the medium sized 3xPower magnifying glass to be decent. The rest will be given away. So one decent glass lens magnifier for the asking price. Barely, barely worth it.

Curity Standard Porous Tape 2" X 10 Yards Bx/6

Too much trouble to return, but the picture even shows that the product says CURITY. We got tape that barely sticks-6 of them.

Needs skin prep to stick to skin and not very pliant. It did not serve my purpose even though the description fit exactly what I was told to buy

I've had a chronic problem with plantar fasciitis, and the doctor would often tape up my foot for a week at a time it helped but was expensive to go in and cumbersome to have to leave on for an extended time. So I decided to do my own strapping at home each day. I tried several different tapes, but others weren't strong or adhesive enough. This tape worked perfectly much like the stuff from the doctors!

This is a much nicer tape than standard athletic tape that you can buy in your local sports store since it is porous and breathable. My only issue is that my doctor had the tan version, but I've been unable to find that online. It sticks really well, so I would recommend a pre-taping spray to ease removal.
