My husband had an abdomenal incision that need to be wet/dry packed. This tape was great with holding all the dressings in place, something that 1 inch tape failed to do everytime. I highly recommend this product and am reordering just to keep some on hand for future medical needs.
I also feel it's necessary to mention its price on amazon: this may be the most affordable option I've found on any tape PERFECT for slow healing wounds that just seem to consume all of your paper tape!

As my wife thought she was allergic to Latex, we found out that it may be the adhesives used on band-aids and other medical tapes that causes a reaction. This tape is very sticky and does not cause any kind of reaction from the adhesive. She used it to hold long stretches of bandaging after surgery and being 3" wide, it covered the bandages with room to spare. When done, just pull the whole strip off and you're done! My "Wound Care" specialist recommended the 3M Micropore Tape for me since I am very sensitive to just about every other tape\adhesive that has been tried in the past. This has been a really good find as after two weeks of use I haven't had any reaction and my condition will likely require use of the tape for several more months.The tape is strong and holds very well. I like that it is perforated and can be hand torn into convenient sizes at about 2" increments. Like all long term use tapes, it will leave some sticky adhesive residue on your skin when it is removed, but it is fairly easy to remove by gently rubbing the area with a warm dampened washcloth.
We also use Micropore Paper Tape: White 2" X 10 Yds, Box of 6 as well, with the same great results!

This the first tape I have found that is thin enough to not wrinkle my moms skin to make it itch and it doesn't irritate her delicate skin around her hip removal wound. I have recommended this tape to everyone.

Motrin is Ibuprofein and works well to relieve pain and swelling. I have no problems with the drug's efficacy.This particular box contains 50 packets of 2 pills of Motrin for a total of 400 mg, which is the standard dosage.
Unfortunately, the packet could not be any more difficult to open. The packet is inexplicably designed to be opened with a scissor and has no tear-through point as one would normally expect. Moreover, the packet is made of a tough and resilient plastic-material that is very hard to tear through. After trying in vein to open the tiny packet with my hands, I resorted to using my teeth which caused my gums some minor trauma. If you have no scissor or knife handy, then be ready to use your teeth to open the packet, and opening the tough packet with your teeth will test the strength of your gums.
Why would anyone design a drug packet without a tear-through and allow the packet to be opened only with a tool?
I do not recommend this product for travels. I certainly do not recommend this product for those without a scissor or a knife.
Convenient this packet certainly is not.

We had these in the first aid box at the office I used to work at. These work great for those splinters you have to dig out. I find that trying to use a needle to remove a submerged splinter is not effective and generally end up using a blade to cut enough skin away to reach the splinter. Same with tweezers if you have to dig it out, it can be difficult to try and pull the skin away. The Splinter Out is sharp enough to slice through skin, get the splinter exposed and then you can use the tip to remove the splinter.

When I was young I dreaded getting a splinter and the three hours (probably only 2 minutes) my mother spent digging it out with the soot-blackened needle (sterilized using a match) from the medicine cabinet. Lactic Acid 50% Gel Peel - Enhanced with Kojic Acid & Bearberry Extract (Professional Chemical Peel)
The peel does exactly what it advertises! It clears you and gives you a fresh face in a short time. It's also true to it's ingredients, though which is the one downfall. If you moisturize regularly, you're probably not noticing but the lactic acid leaves me feeling dry the next day. I can only use the peel once a month for this fact and like most ladies, I want clear skin all the time. I use retinol cream regularly and I know if I don't use it my face will dry out quickly from the peel; (Retinol Cream (Vitamin A) 2 Oz. + FREE Herbal Authority Blemish Roll-On Stick with Tea Tree Oil). This cream is softer and more gentle on my delicate skin than any other I've tried, and I have very dry skin.I use the cream once a day and it helps keep away break outs, blemishes, and minimizes blackheads. My pores don't feel clogged. If I feel like it's weighing me down at any point, I can use the gel peel to clear me out and start me fresh. It's nice to be able to compliment one product with another, especially when you have skin like me. I need to feel clean without harsh chemicals all the time.
Then a friend of mine recommended gel peels to me and I did a quick Amazon search on them. They turned up quite a few results but thanks to the overwhelmingly positive reviews on this Perfect-Image product, I went for it and I wasn't disappointed.
After only two application (I use this once a week), my skin looked noticeably even-toned, bright and young. I would really recommend this peel to all those who are suffering from hyper-pigmentation.
A few notes of advice:
> ALWAYS do a patch test on an inconspicuous area of your skin before actually applying the product to your face. It is better than having a lobster-red face and spending a few hundred bucks at a dermatologist.
> Always use an alcohol-prep pad before application, it increases penetration.
> When the peel is at work you will feel a stinging sensation throughout the area it is applied upon. To mollify it, sit with your face facing up, towards a fan.
> After you have washed your skin don't towel-dry the remaining water. Allow it to evaporate and cool your skin.
> Use a good moisturizer afterwards. Suave Cocoa & Shea Butter Body Lotion really worked for me.
> Use a SPF 30+ sunscreen WHENEVER you go out in the sun! These peels render your skin sensitive to the sun's rays and you may end up with worse skin if you fail to follow this.I bought this to get rid of hyper-pigmentation and acne scars. Though this product is actually quite effective, keeping myself in indoors for the next three days avoiding makeup and sunlight (which this product requires) is not a lifestyle I can afford. It's important to be patient and let your skin heal fully between peels. I also believe that it makes your skin more susceptible to acne-causing bacteria, considering how vulnerable the skin is post-peel. I have had situations where I broke out afterwards. Effective, but kind of too much of a gamble for meI have lots of hyper pigmentation on my cheeks and so I tried this chemical peel out. My first peel ever, and I have a lot of redness on my cheeks. But, within a week it cleared it up. Although it broke my chin out a bit, but other than thatjust applied my second mask today. Looking forward to next week's peel.

-did not see the 'glow' everyone was talking about, but skin is much clearer
-only need to use a little

-does break you out a little bit

Campho-phenique Cold Sore Treatment with Drying Action, 0.23-Ounce
A while back I got a fever blister. I bought this stuff because it says it will help dry it out, which is supposed to make it heal faster. I can't say I think it works for that purpose, since I have never witnessed time off healing from its use, however it serves one purpose for me. That purpose is to make the sore stop itching/burning/tingling/hurting so that I can keep my hands away from my mouth and let it be! For that reason alone, I give it 4 stars. I also take 3,000 mg of l-lysine at the first tingle of a sore and 1,000 mg as a second and third daily dose. That often heads it off or makes it less likely to get much worse and sometimes stops it entirely. Get natural lysine capsules (or powder, but it tastes horrible) because the tablets often have notoriously sharp, hard-to-swallow edges. I have heard that Melissa, also known as lemon balm is a good supplement for prevention/healing sores, as is zinc. Avoid nuts, red meat, chocolate, and other arginine-containing foods for a bit. They can make your cold sore situation worse during the time you're experiencing it. Anti-viral foods (such as garlic) can help too. Google yourself some research on the topic. Food can also be medicine, in addition to a good temporary remedy.Good luck!

I have been suffering with cold sores since i was about 4 years old! This product is great for itch/tingle relief and it really does dry out the cold sore effectively. It does not however work nearly as good as abreva. This product is mainly for relief as abreva is for shortened healing time. I am prone to cold sores in the winter time. I have tried everything including Abreva to help speed the healing process. Nothing has ever worked as great as this stuff!
