My husband snores, and after many sleepless nights, I started wearing earplugs. I had purchased some at the drugstore, but they were too large and my ears hurt in the morning (I have very small ear canals). I am happy to report that these are slightly smaller than most foam earplugs, and they are much softer! I can sleep all night with them and not wake up with sore ears. I am well-rested, and hubby doesn't feel guilty for keeping me awake at night. Life is good!

I was going to wait about a week before I left a review but this product truly impressed me.

I live in a duplex and while its usually quiet ( the neighbors like to have friends over who love loud music) I am also by a busy road. Normally wouldn't be a problem however for some reason people feel the need to blare their music at odd hours of the night. Thus waking me up out of a deep sleep, I tried using white noise machines, fans, to no avail. While I knew I couldn't drown out all noise or vibrations I wanted something that would help.

Researched solutions for about a week and finally broke down and brought these. I never used earplugs for sleeping so I was a bit concerned whether they would even work and more importantly be comfortable.

Well this product exceeded my expectations and more. Very easy to use and feel great! Just roll, insert, and feel them expand. Those noisy drive bys don't stand a chance against these babies. The first night I used them I slept like a log. Even with me being a wild sleeper they stayed in all night. While I do use the white noise machine the earplugs help immensely.

Wanted to give an update on this product. These are truly the best earplugs I used they have a snug fit, soft, stay put, and more importantly block out noise. They work so well that I've even slept through my alarm in the morning. Will be buying them again soon.

Between these earplugs and a YouTube on how to actually put these kinds of earplugs in properly, I'm in heaven!

Well, I'm still not adept at doing it but I'm a lot better. You can roll them up really tight and have a little time to get them into the end of your canal before they expand. They seal great and really tamp down the noise.

I like the big ends on these for easy pull-out and less (no?) chance of putting them in too far. I had some wax earplugs before that sealed so well that when I unconsciously rolled my ears into my pillow, I created so much suction that I perforated an eardrum! Took more than a month to heal and I stopped using earplugs altogether until I reasoned that these foam ones would seal just enough to keep things quiet but not so much to create a suction. I was right, these are great!

I do tend to subconsciously pull them out sometime in the middle of the night... so I keep one set in my ears as I go to bed and another ready by my bedstand...That way when my housemates are making breakfast in the morning, I can fumble for the backup set and get them into my ears before I wake up further... I've gotten faster/better at this lol.

Personally, I reuse these for a week or two ... let them sort of air-dry in the morning.... I think when they can no longer be squished, they just get harder to use. I tried washing a similar kind but that made them harder to squish down so I haven't tried washing this brand.

My ears feel a bit less waxy after I use them, which is inevitable given the spongey nature of these plugs... so you might find your ears a little drier .... some people will see this as a benefit.

Anyway, very happy with these...this pack should last me awhile.

I'm writing this review as I'm about to finish my last final as a college student. These earplugs have done so much for my sanity, I can't even describe. If you live anywhere noisy at night, like I did living in a fraternity neighborhood or if you want to study for finals like I should be doing right now, you owe it to yourself. You really don't realize all the noise pollution that goes on around you. Its as if that voice in your head can no have the attention it deserves.

These are so cheap too. I bought a box for 20 bucks and I've been using them for over a year.

First Aid: Basic Field Corpsman Kit

I wasn't thinking I would get doctor quality, but this thing is pretty cheap. Full of cheap plastic stuff, a plastic light that you can buy at the 99 cent store, runs the whole thing. If I were to price it, I'd say it's worth about $30 worth of stuff, not the $100+ paid. The case is probably the highest quality thing in the whole kit. As far as the company, no issues, item delivered quickly.

My dad was a corpsman. His kit had parts that would hold up under some wear and tear. Everything listed was in the kit, but it's all cheap plastic--not a real value for the money.

i used this as a nurse for... well as long as i can remember and i've been a nurse for 26 years now. it makes a wonderful seal, is usually easily removed from skin and holds other medium in place as well. Very easy to fit to any area due to the extreme ease in "cutting it", which is usually tearing it, lengthwise and crosswise. But be gentle or your tear it in a place you don't want to. also dont pull it tight or you can just "snap" it off before you measure and tape it down. it will not come off in water if careful, but don't saturated it or it will lift off skin that has hair on it. AND when you do want to remove it from skin you wet area of tape with rubbing alcohol and let it sit for a couple of minutes and it should come right off. Some people who alergic to other tape does extremely well with this, but, unfortunately; people can be allergic to it. Expecially in this case take off with extreme care.

I am a registered nurse and I love this product. It is easy to use, safe, and sterile. I have purchased tempadots before from our local medical supply company but the price on Amazon was better so I thought I'd give it a try. The product arrived and I put it in our first aid box. SIx weeks later (when I can no longer return it) my son comes down with a fever so I get one out to use it but half of the dots have already changed color. This means that at some point the product was exposed to heat above body temperature. I look at the other 99 in the box and most of them are in the same condition. This is a single use product and essentially it has been "used" before it arrived so they had to be tossed.

I have been looking for this for years. It takes the guess work out. Now I have the same thing our doctor use and it helps stay consistent.

These are the same throw away thermometers that my doctors use. I have looked in my local drug stores but could only find the other brand, which are very hard to read. These are easy to read. They come in a package of 100 and I doubt that we will live long enough to use them up, but that is ok. No more hokey electronic thermometers that don't work or old fashioned things that I can't shake down.

I gotta say that what worried me the most was the fact that other reflex hammers tend to leave a colored stain on a white coat, but this one doesn't at all, so that's one less thing to worry about. Excelent quality product, and it arrived pretty quickly...

I have had this hammer for three years and it is completely useless. It is way too light and does not elicit a good response. It may fit in your coat and is easy to carry around, but it is made like a toy hammer and has no functionality.

After finishing my neurology rotation and seeing a slew of different hammers, there are a lot of other cheap alternatives. I would recommend the babinski hammer. It works much better and is similarly priced. I never knew how important DTRs were until neuro so make sure you have something that works!

You are supposed to discard the drops 14 days after opening them, even if the bottle is still mostly full. They are a little pricey, but worth it for the relief.

I don't remember ever having had pink eye before because I would have remembered something that felt this bad. This product has provided relief of the symptoms and instantly made by eyes feel better. The only drawback is that once it is opened it needs to be discarded on day 31 however even though it was a little expensive I would pay twice that amount for how well it worked. I will not hesitate to purchase any products from this from this line in the future. Finally a product that does exactly what it promises!

But as usual, these companies add waaaay too much stuff, hardly ever just the right amount of stuff before they mess the product up.

Like a lot of non natural products, and even some that arent, they should've left out the alcohol drying perfume. Not only does it stink (cant stand it), but perfume is just another alcohol, so in the end it'll damage your hair... dry it out. It's just like if you rubbed rubbing alcohol in your hair... same thing. No one with any common sense would want to do that, so I don't know why these companies keep putting alcohol in their stuff that's suppoed to moisturize... shine... whatever. It cancels it out.

The product was okay.. it shined at first but because I'm used to using the exact same products on their own without the drying alcohol perfume, I noticed my hair was actually dryer than when I do it myself without this spray.

Wont buy again unless they take out the stinky perfume

NEW SKIN LIQUID BANDAGE BOTTLE .3 OZ

There is no doubt about it. New Skin stinks. It smells up the room when you use it and hours later you can still smell it. But it works. I often have small cuts and abrasions and since I'm a swimmer I try to avoid going to the pool when I've got an open cut. New skin fills the gap and keeps your scrape protected until it heals over. I have been using this product since I was a kid, as my mom used it before me. She is a hairstylist, I am an electrician, but regardless of occupation, I can't imagine a time, (on appropriately sized wounds), that this product isn't perfect.

Does it sting? Yessir it does. I use it on wounds that are probably supposed to be to big for it, so believe me, I have dealt with some stinging. However, as some other reviewers have said, not only does the stinging subside relatively quick, but with it goes the original pain.

Does it stink? Eh, I guess, but when a product works, it's forgiven. Meet someone who is not the most attractive person in the world and then fall in love with them, it might not make them a beauty queen, but they look better all the time to you.

Simply put, this product, when used correctly, works. my recommendations are as follows.

1. Put this product on as you are watching your evening TV. This will accomplish three things, one, it allows you to apply and let dry without thinking about it, two, while you're sleeping, it seems to setup extra strong. It will not just rub off throughout the night, and with no hand washing or anything going on, it really has a chance to take. Finally, you at least have that first overnight period of healing under your belt, and you will often times be amazed at what that small amount of time can accomplish.

2. Apply New Skin generously. As it settles it will thin out, but how thin do you need it to be? I apply two, sometimes three coats.

Using these two tips, I have had wounds heal incredibly fast.

Does it sting when applied? Yes. It's an antiseptic, so this shouldn't really come as a surprise. The sting wears off very quickly, approximately one minute. As far as the smell, I think it smells goodin fact I usually take a whiff before putting the cap back on the bottle. I'm surprised to see that others do not care for the smell, but to each his own. It takes about 5 minutes to dry, not 10-15 as another reviewer wrote. This product works great for blistersI've put it on fresh blisters and been back outside working without gloves immediately afterwards. It can tend to peel a little, but can easily be reapplied, right over what's left of the previous application. Once dried, it's wise to let it peel on it's ownit does become skin-like and force-peeling it can reopen the wound just like picking a scab. This product protects and disinfects, while letting air reach the wound to promote faster healing, and most importantly allowing the flexibility to do manual labor that regular bandages would not stand up to. A quality product that should be in everyone's medicine cabinet!

I have found New Skin liquid bandage to be really effective, particularly in treating smaller cuts and abrasions. It comes in a bottle with a brush on applicator. New Skin's active ingredient is the antiseptic 8-Hydroxyquinoline. As applying New Skin to a cut basically seals up the wound, it's best that the wound be disinfested, and be as clean as possible, before you apply the product.

New Skin can definitely sting when first applied, but the pain usually doesn't last long, and the liquid typically dries very quickly. Even when it hardens, the substance is still relatively flexible, and will "crack" when bent or stressed. This is generally a good thing, as being flexible the "bandage" doesn't tend to do additional damage by further tearing the skin. Often, just a slight reapplication to fill up the cracks works well.

I find that wounds sealed with New Skin tend to heal faster, and require less care. New Skin is supposedly breathable, and water-resistant, which can be very convenient. For added physical protection, you can apply a Band-Aid or equivalent over a wound.

The product seems to work well on various types of wounds. It's great for straight "paper cut" wounds. And also for scrapes or abrasions where there is loose skin hanging. New Skin can be used to "glue" down loose flaps of skin, which may promote faster healing, and depending on how badly the tissue is damaged, might in some cases, help reduce scarring.

Although New Skin contains an antiseptic, using the brush applicator might be a potential source of infection. Say a person has a wound that is bleeding, and New Skin is brushed on. If you insert the brush back into the bottle, you may be contaminating the remaining solution with blood, skin, dirt, germs, or who knows what. A 0.3 ounce bottle of New Skin can treat a great number of wounds. It seems logical that the more times you use the brush on various wounds, the higher the possibility that some kind of contamination might occur.

While this is probably not a life threatening situation, being a little more conscious about hygiene when using New Skin or any liquid bandage, seems like a good idea. If possible, try and stop any bleeding before applying. The brush is extremely convenient, but using a clean cotton swab to apply the product, may help to reduce the chances of contamination, particularly with a messy wound.

Unless you treat a lot of injuries, a bottle of New Skin can last for quite a while. Having used New Skin for many years, I have seen the product degrade over time. Normally the liquid is clear, with a consistency similar to nail polish. When it gets old, the color can get darker, almost brown, and the solution can get gooey. If this starts to happen, I would toss it out and get a new bottle.

When used appropriately and with care, New Skin liquid bandage is a great product that helps you heal faster. It's widely available in drug stores, so you may be able to get a better price locally.
