This shoe got me walking while my toes were still healing. The shoe was true to size but I would have ordered a larger size to protect my toes from bumping things. I wear a 7 1/2 8 shoe. I would suggest ordering the medium or the next size larger. My toes were at the end of the shoe and I would have rather had a bit of shoe at the end. I did not send the shoe back for a larger size and I will use it again when I have my next foot surgery.

This is the most amazing brace I have ever seen let alone used. It keeps your toesat an upward slant , so there is no pressure on your toes at all. It also keeps pressure off
The pad of your foot. I bruised two ligaments to my toes and was ordered to stay off my
foot completely. If it were not for this brace it meant a wheelchair for me for 12 weeks.
With this I could move around normally. If you have broken toes or torn ligaments ,this
