This is a smaller ice pack that we have in our first aid kit. We have an ice cube tray that makes small ice cubes, and those work perfectly for this ice pack. I can see how regular size ice cube trays would not work well for this ice pack. I have used it for my small children as well as myself and it works great! This is the perfect size bag if you want to zero in on the spot where you have swelling or feeling pain. I have purchased several types of these bags for myself and friends and family, and they all love them. I use this bag on my neck at work with either ice or hot water it is not so big that it is clumsy but the perfect size. Sorry I don't have a better description of this review, but I purchased this to save money for my gymnast daughter who uses a lot.But for what it's worth, she complained that it isn't as good as the name brands the gym buys or what I would get her at Walmart. She said it's harder to handle.
It's more like first aid tape, than athletic tape.

Zefal Woven Cloth Tape Black 22mm
I think electrical tape is great for things like ELECTRIC WIRE. That's what it's made for, and in that capacity it functions quite well.I am not, however, a fan of using electrical tape to finish taping handlebars. It does NOT stay put. It either unwraps, or slides around. Either way, you end up having to push it back on or rewrap it, and you also end up with the sticky adhesive on your fingers, your bar and your bar tape. Since a better option exists, it is beyond me why bike shops continue to use electrical tape to complete the bar tape job, or why bar tape manufactures continue to include the equivalent of vinyl electrical tape (with a painted logo) with their bar tape. Note that I am NOT including home users who do maybe one or two bar wraps a year at most.
I happened upon this use by accident. After being FED UP with sticky crap on my fingers from electrical tape constantly coming loose, I was actually going to start using DUCT TAPE. Yup, I was going to rely upon repair item #1 (or is it #2 behind vice grips, and WD40 is in there somewhere too I know), but anyway...
I use this tape to complete my bar tape jobs and so should bike shops. It stays in place. Heat doesn't cause it to unwrap like electrical tape does. When you put it on, it stays. No rewrapping, no checking. Just tape and forget. It is also just sticky enough. It sticks fine. If you need to remove some or all of it and redo a job, it's fine. It's adhesive is not left on the thing it stuck to, it stays on the bottom of the tape where it belongs. No sticky ooze spreading about.
Bike shops and bar tape manufactures surely know this stuff exists. It is used to wrap bars in place of cushier forms of bar tape. Instead of wrapping the whole bar in this, just use it to complete the job. Instead of doing two turns of electric tape, do two turns of this. It's prettier, cleaner, and long lasting. Bar tape manufacturers could include two small strips of a color matched cloth tape rather than the pseudo electrical tape they include. I guess it all comes down to cost and logos. It would be hard to put a logo on this stuff, maybe that's why logo imprinted electrical tape is included with bar tape.
Home users: If you rarely do a bar taping job, it makes perfect sense to use what you already have around the house. I would never advocate buying this tape to complete one bar wrap. It's a waste. If you did want to consider purchasing a roll, I'd purchase the black since that will go with most bar tape you'll use.
And if any roadies want to weigh in and say that they've never had a problem with electrical tape on their bars I want to say up front that I am glad you haven't. I have. This has happened on bars I've wrapped, and bars I received wrapped. It's plenty hot and humid in Florida and I have yet to have a bar done with electrical tape (or manufacture supplied logo tape) NOT unwrap. I'd love to think that I'm riding faster than the physical properties of electrical tape can withstand, but that would only be dreaming.
I just found out that Brooks includes this type of tape with their leather wrap.
WESTONE Hearing Aid Saver
Westone was recommended by our Audiologist. I wish there was more details in the product description. What we really want to know is the inside dimensions. Inside diameter is 1.8" (46mm), inside depth without drier disk and pad 1.42" (36.2mm) with drier disk and pad about .79" (20.2mm). Hint the container size is about the size of a 1/3 of a cup measuring cup. Since measuring size differ verify diameter. Drier disk diameter is 1.75" (44mm) drier disk height about 0.67" (17mm). Westone makes a much taller container P/N 93217, same inside diameter but has a inside depth of 3" (77.5mm) without drier disk and pad. My daughters hearing aid just fits into the shorter drier, but it's a very tight fit. The silicon is contained in a disk. The disk can be dried using a microwave oven.

Mueller Elastic Knee Support
This is the 3rd knee support I've actually run with. Everything else either pinched when flexing the knee or aggravated my knee joint. My ortho/sports medicine doctor gave me a well made neoprene & velcro brace with hinged aluminum bars built into the sides and a patella pad (adjustable) at the hole in the front for kneecap support. I took it back after 3 days. I tried on several other neoprene supports, some with Velcro and some just tapered sleeve type (even 2 other Mueller NEOPRENE styles [open patella & closed] in several sizes). Just wearing those around the store I felt pinching or slipping down. I tried a gray ELASTIC support from Walmart (1 size fits none?) that was super-tight.COMFORT: I've worn this Mueller elastic knee support up to 9 mile runs. It stays in place well while running. There's no pinching or chafing. It was easy to forget that I was wearing it, but I felt confident that my loose patella was being supported in its natural position. It gives light support to the knee if sized right.
BUILD: This support is a closed band with no straps of any kind, that must be pulled on over the foot. It is tapered, smaller at the bottom end than at top, so it fits me well. I think the weakest area of construction of this product would be the threads wrapping the top and bottom edges. But I believe it will be long-lasting under normal use.
SIZE: My knee measured 13.5" at the kneecap. But I bought the Medium size which the package say is for 14" to 16". So I agree with the other review that these run SLIGHTLY small. Great product for me.
If you measure your knee, and order this support, the support will be the correct size, not smaller, or larger like other brands.
Update April 3, 2012: This support is still holding up and not out of shape. They have a long-life compared to other elastic knee supports.

Rusch Asherman Chest Seal
The Asherman Chest seal IS a real life saver when truly needed! I have used the HyFin, Halo, Bolin and Pulmostat(No longer available). Each of these have differences. I like the Asherman as it is VERY easy to apply especially in tight places. The adhesive works well even on wet and bloody skin. I like the Asherman as clots can be suctioned from the soft flapper valve easily. I have seen others clot up and fail. The Asherman is effective in re-expanding the lung and helping to relieve mediastinal shift secondary to tension pneumothorax. Remember that other chest wounds, especially exit wounds of the back, must be sealed off for any venting chest seal to work correctly. The Asherman does when properly used!

Dynarex Paper Surgical Tape, 10 yards
This tape really is a great value for the money. It's definitely not Micropore, but it does work well. When I unrolled the first bit from the first roll I was coming straight from using Micropore and this tape felt rather stiff. In the end, that hasn't been an issue at all. The adhesive sticks well and I haven't had any problems with it coming off. If we ever run out (this is 6 rolls, remember) I'd definitely buy it again because it costs so much less than Micropore.

This tape has no Holding to the skin power. The glue or adhesive used doesn't work at least not for me, if it wasn't costly I'd send it back.
