Say what they will, those ointments just don't help to "dry out" and heal cuts and scrapes like a longtime favorite, merthiolate, does! This colorless version still gives you the sting that sometimes has you hopping around or blowing on the cut/scrape, but now you don't have to go around with the orange of the original seeming to glow in the dark and draw everyone's stares at you. A dot of it on a facial cut or pimple starts the healing but stays invisible; cuts/scrapes on fingers, arms, knees, and legs quickly heal and your body doesn't carry the orange tattoo of the original merthiolate many of us grew up with... The bandages are pretty good for my needs, my only regret is that they are not waterproof. They are not too hard on your skin and can be removed easily.

I have used this mascara and the orange tube by CoverGirl (Lashblast), and I have found that this one doesn't provide much thickness and lashes are not as visible.

My family discovered 2nd skin many years ago in a store for runners. It is wonderful for a number of injuries.
Good stuff, helps wounds heal faster. For example, I recently cut my index finger on a door frame. About a 1/2 gash, kept bleeding for several minutes. By using the ointment and bandaids, it has nearly healed in under a week. I always use antibiotic ointments, as getting cuts seems unavoidable for me. Since I am serving in the desert, the tube is much more convenient than the 1/4 or 1/8 ounce foil packs.
