I used to use this product regularly but someone told me to research the ingredients. Needless to say it is far from organic. Most of the info can be found on the Environmental Work Group website.[..]
Bummer! The product does work well for coloring hair quickly.

This safety handle would be great if it worked. It would not work on tile because the groves between the tiles made the seal not work. I put it on the tub which worked until the shower steam made the seal release. I tried it many times and never could get it to stay.Read Best Reviews of Bath and Shower Suction Cup Safety Bar Here
This is a great idea, but it doesn't work. Before I saw the critical reviews I purchased 3 grips : 1 for myself, and 2 for gifts.
I diligently followed the directions, and attempted to install the grip. It sorta adhered to my tiled shower wall, but when I needed it, it failed, and came off in my hand! This is too dangerous.
I tried again. I woke up in the middle of the night by the crash of the grip falling to the floor. This is exactly what we needed: a temporary bathtub/shower safety bar for which we did not need to drill into the wall. When we first got it, we had a little trouble with it coming loose; but we found that when we pushed it down hard onto the surface of the shower and then flipped the suction locks, it adhered perfectly. It hasn't come loose since! My 81-yr-old father found it very helpful while he was visiting us this past Christmas, and I was happy not to have to drill holes into the shower surround for it! I am very pleased with the product and with the fast delivery from the vendor, Unique Gifts.
Wrap-it Latex Free Compression Wrap, 3 Inch By 36 Inch
The material is basically the "loop" portion of velcro, a fuzzy fabric that really holds on to things like cat hair and lint.
For users who are allergic to latex, this is a great alternative to an Ace bandage, for most other applications, I think a regular Ace would be better suited.I tried first every ankle wrap I could purchase locally, however, those were made to include wrapping around my arch as well, as I just wanted a plain simple wrap around my ankle only, just like the wraps you can put around your wrist. I even tried a forearm wrap but that was too small and not enough holding power, plus I am allergic to latex.
So I came across these last summer here on amazon. Out of the box it isn't what I want, but I figured at less than $16, and with the right width of 3 inches, I could cut the wrap to the right length so I can wrap it solidly once around my ankle, and not have the bulk as the other reviewer here complained about.
I purchased 2. In the six months I have used it, so far I am on just the first one I cut to size and it is holding great. I did not find it a problem to seal the velcro part so that the edges do not poke into my skin. This is easily accomplished by purposefully pressing each edge inward around 1/8th of an inch in, and since the velcro sticks so well, the ends cause no harm when positioned like this. So for me it has been a win-win. Finally I can have just the ankle wrap, it stretches and can be wrapped tight enough, and the velcro has a super hold, that it stays in place even though I have on no socks or shoes, and walk around in my slides.
Last week my dog got a sprained front leg, and I found that the same wrap, cut to size, aids my dog in walking; however, yes, the wrap falls off my dog several times a day, but without he cried with each step, so that it was worth putting it back on for the support as many times as needed. Being a short-legged dachshund with lots of hair, it is a hard item to keep on, but again, even with the repeat needs to put on, it has helped my dog heal faster.
The win-win to me is the price is cheap enough that doesn't pain me to cut the wrap to size, and it has a stretchy and comfortable enough latex free material, coupled with the super-holding velcro seal, in the small width I want. That is why I give it 5-stars as I have found nothing like it for my ankle at this price level. Personally for me it has been wonderful, and has kept me from the previous ankle sprains I often got.

I bought two of these thinking it would solve the problem of constantly having to buy tape and/or deal with ace elastic bandages for my recovering broken ankle. Well, they are better than tape, but I think I'll stick to the old style elastic ace bandage. These are nothing more than stretchy Velcro loop with a strip of Velcro hook sewn on one end. Neat idea but they are not soft in the slightest, they are bulky so you can't wear them in a shoe, the ends and edges are sharp or rough and I find them to be about a foot too short to get a really good supporting wrap. Buy two and use them in series if you are wrapping anything more than a small person's ankle or a wrist. You can't stretch them very tight, unlike an elastic bandage. If you try to stretch them to get them longer they will be extremely tight after the fabric rests for a few minutes and it will start to cut off your circulation. And, since they are nothing more than very mean Velcro they grab and want to attach to all of the wrong things (carpet, clothes, socks, pet hair, furniture, etc).I tried these for about a week and it just rubbed my skin raw and were very uncomfortable. I wound up having to wear a thin cotton sock under them to keep the edges from chewing up my skin or poking me. Don't even think about washing them to soften them up since they will grab EVERYTHING and ruin anything you put in the laundry with them.
The support is ok if you can get them wrapped *just* right, but i takes forever to adjust since you have to wrestle with the velcro hook which wants to grab and not let go. These might be great for others, but not for me.

Hydrogen Peroxide 3% First Aid Antiseptic Solution 16 oz. Case of 12 Bottles
I used to use Hydrogen Peroxide for scrapes as well. Recently I fell and got a pretty nasty gash on my shin (4 inch by 0.25 inch). Because I was traveling I did not treat the wound as well as I should and got an infection. In a few weeks when I had to see the doctor to treat the infection, I asked what I should have used to clean the wound to avoid the problem next time.
Surprisingly, the doctor told me that Hydrogen Peroxide should not have been my first choice. The doctor said that H.P. does clean but also damages the healthy tissue and this prolongs healing. The doctor said that studies show that the best way to clean the wound is with plenty of plain water and soap and pressure on the wound to remove the debris. Hydrogen Peroxide should only be used if there is no access to clean water. So it should be in your emergency kit when you hike but not your first choice if there is access to soap and water.
Hope this helps someone to avoid a slow healing infection.
Ali Julia reviewIt's hydrogen peroxide what can I say. I can't attest to its purity because I don't want to spend the money to have it tested. Why are you asking for a review of a product like this? It comes in a brown bottle and it fizzes when you put it on a cut looks like it works well to me.

I use hydrogen peroxide to kill algae in my planted aquariums, and I have really enjoyed having a case of it on hand so I can use it whenever I want without running to the store all the time. I have a couple of large tanks, and a full tank treatment can easily take 1/2 to 3/4 a bottle. Ordering it online and having it shipped to my door saved me a lot of time and trouble. The bottles I received were different from what is pictured, but I'm still very happy with them. What I received are squared shaped which allows them to take up less space than round bottles. Otherwise, the bottles are just like any other hydrogen peroxide bottle.
Note that the bottles contain 16oz each which may be smaller than what is normally seen in your local drug store. It's best to price it out by ounces, not per bottle, to determine if the price is competitive. I think this cost more than buying it locally, but I got it for convenience, not price.I bought these thinking I would be able to get it cheaper online. But I stopped by my local CVS store and CVS had their own brand of Hydrogen Peroxide at 3%, but with a larger volume of 32 oz for much cheaper than buying it online.
So I would suggest stopping by your local CVS store to buy their brand before buying them here on amazon.

I bought a case of this for some corrosion testing we are doing in our plant. We combine the peroxide with salt and water and submerge plated parts. The smaller bottles are much easier to store than a gallon jug. No complaints yet.6pk - Decolorized Iodine - White Iodine - Yodo Blanco

The best way to get rid of a bad ringworm is to use this old school remedy that our family doc recommended back in the late 50's & 60's when we kids caught them at school.....WHITE IODINE is also called DECOLORIZED IODINE. It is NOT the red or brown kind you put on wounds. It's a clear liquid & has a nose stinging ammonia smell. It may be hard to find but I've started seeing it in CVS.Ask for it at the pharmacy section & if they never heard of it .DEMAND that they look it up & order it for you. I still use it. I'm a teacher & last year caught a big awful ringworm on the back of my neck from one of the kids. The school nurse told me to get lotrimin cream or one of those other antifungal things & that it would take a few weeks to clear it up. I tried them & it didn't improve much after about 2-3 weeks. I have very oily skin on the back of my neck & figured that putting cream on top of oily skin wasn't gonna work.I had the CVS pharmacy folks...who'd never heard of white iodine.... to order me some. THE RINGWORM WAS DRIED OUT, DEAD & GONE IN LESS THAN A WEEK.
Sometimes old remedies are the best. I've also heard it's good for hair loss & weak fingernails.

When I researched this product, I failed to see the white text on the light gray background of the label in the photo, and the fact is not mentioned elsewhere content is almost half (45%) alcohol. It's actually very light yellow (watered down by alcohol?), and *will* stain the surfaces it comes into a prolonged contact with, like a sink. On the good side, it does have a very light smell, and it doesn't visibly stain hands. Too bad it doesn't work for nail strengthening, or at least it didn't for me.
This is a great mix for its standard use, germ killing, but it dried out my nails and made them brittle. I had to stop using it after about two weeks, as my nails were cracking and peeling more than ever before. For the first time in decades, my nails are cut to the quick I couldn't grow them any further than that without them immediately breaking.

Great product and as usual Amazon delivered it with alacrity.I had MOHS surgery on my upper lip, and I had a hole dug in my upper cheek (pre cancerous). These little strips hid the incision and hole quite well until I was ready to face the public (I don't wear makeup). You can't even tell you have them on. Great product!Very high quality.
Tape color is the same as the skin.
It's so inconspicuous.
This tape is resistant to skin oil,
Continue the strong adhesive force.I used these after my MOH surgery and they were great! They are easy to apply and come off easily too.

Spenco 2nd Skin Blister Kit
Recently, when a 2" blister tore off on my heel during a Yosemite hike, I whipped out my old box of 2nd Skin. It was perfectly moist. The 3-year stint in the closet hadn't dried it out. I applied it to my raw heel. Instant relief! It stayed on. I finished the Half Dome Cables!
The directions say to change daily, but I didn't. Neither did my husband or kids over the years when they used it. My daily shower may have helped keep the 2nd Skin moist on my heel. When it dried out on my heel, I did moisten it, and it would feel better. 5 days later I peeled off 2nd Skin. My raw heel was nicely healed. During that time I had stayed active with trail running and mountain biking. The 2nd Skin felt ... like it was a part of me, a part that didn't hurt.
This amazing blister healer is a keeper and worth every penny!

Used this today at the gym to cover a healing blister, did my usual morning run and was quite impressed that it hadn't budged one bit. Works TONS better than a regular band-aid which slips off and hurts the blister more. Awesome product, wish I would've found it sooner!I was introduced to 2nd skin about 25 years ago in high school sports. I'm a runner and recently had big issues with blisters that I couldn't get to heal up and go away. I finally found the 2nd skin blister kit and it totally lived up to what I remembered!!! However, there isn't enough in a box. I've since ordered the jar of 200 squares of 2nd Skin and am using vet wrap and athletic tape to keep it in place. It's working wonderfully!!!I started walking after a long period of inactivity and instantly got blisters on the back of my heels. I first purchased the target brand blister ban aids and they balled up in my sock half way through my walk. Next, purchased the ban-aid version and same thing. Then I ordered this and the spenco version of the first two. This is the only one that stays on! 3 days to be exact, and even then I took it off, not it coming off on its' own. I love this product. I play with and use my knives. One time, I played too hard and experienced a deep cut on the outide of the pinkie. The Quickclot patch came to the rescue. Although I really needed stitching, the Quickclot and a tight tape over worked just as well. Of course, without the stitches, there remains more scarring on the pinkie.
