I have used Z-BEC vitamins for years. They were prescribed to me by a doctor. I am now 77 years old and continue to take one every day. I suffer from COPD and this vitamin helps protect me from cold and virus germs. I have suggested their use to many of my friends. I would use no other. My husband and I love this product! We used to be able to buy it at a local drugstore but now just buy it on Amazon! An ENT Doctor originally told us about it when my daughter was in college and came down with a virus that left her unable to taste anything. She needed more B vitamin and he suggested ZBEC. That was back in 2002 and we all still take one a day. We can absolutely say we are healthier than most people we know. If we do catch a cold it seems to leave about as quickly as it came on!
