I have to take water soluble versions of ADEK vitamins due to having duodenal switch weight loss surgery. These are one of few products available and the company uses this fact to overcharge, IMHO. I recently found a multivitamin with extra ADEK that is made for DS patients and is substantially cheaper per month. The other issue I had with the Aquadeks is that I always burp after taking it and it gives a bad taste. Other than that, it's a good product.
