This is the first time I purchased this from Amazon, however, I have been using Glucosamine/Chondroitin for many years ( maybe 20+ ). My knees used to click when I walked from old injuries of my youth and after taking this supplement they stopped. I can't tell you how long it took, but they stopped. Albiet some doctors say that tests say the stuff doesn't work, but I tell them to tell it to my knees !!! If you have bone cartilage problems, it's worth a try.
