I have always had dry feet, but I take care of my feet and be careful to put lotion and try to not walk around too much with bare feet and wear good shoes. I get a pedicure at least once a month which helps my feet to look healthy. About a month ago, I noticed that the bottom of my left foot appeared to have a "cut" which was really a crack in the heel. I live in Arizona and it is really dry here and has actually been cold (for Arizona standards). I bought this cream, and within days the crack seemed to heel up pretty good and after two weeks it was completely gone. I used the product liberally and ran out within two weeks. Luckily, that was all I needed. I think the tube should be much bigger, but the product does work fast. I applied the cream every night before putting on socks before I went to bed. I wear dress shoes to work, so I did not put the cream on in the morning. I did put cream on my foot in the morning on weekends when I wore socks and sneakers. I think reapplying in the morning and evening on weekends helped a lot.
