While the description may be a bit confusing, and I wasn't sure if I was getting 3 or 4 boxes, it is still a good deal if you only get 2 boxes. I did, however, receive 3 boxes which was 150 packets of 2 pills each. They aren't fancy looking or anything, but they are the same milligram per pill as all the other ibuprofen choices and at least half the price.Including these in some wedding welcome bags for altitude sickness and for this price, everyone gets twice as many!

I received 1 box with 50 packets. For a total of 100 tablets. Plainly states 50 packets on the outside of box. That is exactly how many were inside the single box I received. I contacted with problem, no response. I've given ample time to resolve. The description is deceiving anyway. Not a good deal for one box. Better deals on right here on amazon. This is the first time I've written a review. However, this is also the only time I've ever had an issue with a transaction that was left unresolved. Pretty straight forwardthis is just regular Ipubproen in single use packs. For various legal reasons the individual packs are useful. These are as good as the name brands and pretty economical given the single use format. Just to clarify, you do get three boxes, each with 50 packets of 2 tabs for a total of 300 tablets. The carton is designed in a way that ripping off the top makes it a dispenser of sorts.Again, it's not sexyjust solid meds in a necessary form factor at a good price. Excellent for restocking first aid kits.
