I've used many diaper creams, & Pinxav is hands-down my fav. It's thick with great coverage & it's never met a diaper rash it couldn't handle. I use it during every diaper change, & my little one has only had 2 diaper rashes in her 14 months of life. I have to order it online, but it's worth it.

One word of caution, however... Pinxav stains clothing! My daughter has several pairs of pajamas with permanent pink smears because I wasn't careful...

This was recommended to me from a friend. I purchased about 6 tubes of it since i cannot get it in any local stores. My baby rarely gets a rash but as soon as she gets a little red we put this cream on for a few diaper changes and she is all better! It works great, would definitely recommend for anyone with a baby in diapers. It can also be used on cuts and bug bites....so good for later use too.

This product does what it says!! My daughter gets a rash every time she goes if her diaper isnt changed right away. She had gotten the stomach flu and her poor little bottom had welts along with the rash from going so much. Bathing was the pretty much the only way to somewhat soooth her. My sister had told me about Pinxav, so of course I tried it. Her rash was gone the next day! I am so pleased with this that I will NEVER use anything else EVER! Curad Extreme Lengths (Pack of 3)

Put these in first aid kits. Seems like someone is always getting a knife knick or broken glass cut to the fingers. Used these before for such wounds. The length & offset wound pad along with the fabric tape does a good job at staying in place during tasks.

Proflex 1650 Economy Elastic Back Support, XL

I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship of the Proflex 1650 Economy Elastic Back Support. I would highly recommend this product. One reviewer commented that the suspenders are hard to adjust, but I found out that once you have it adjusted it works nicely you can open the belt while sitting and Velcro it back up when your working and it will not fall off your body. The only thing I had a hard time with is there was no sizing chart on the Amazon webpage so here it is... Hope it helps!

I have a 38" waist so your one size fits all average back support just barely fits, always on the verge of popping right off. From my experience XL is the same as getting a one-size. No difference whatsoever. So I thought a 2XL should do the trick. Turns out its WAY TOO BIG! At least from this company. Maybe would start at about 44" on up.

I have a bad back and this helps prevent back soreness and strain. It can be worn over or under clothing and fits a 32" (and probably a 34") waist or smaller. It is a big help with my posture when using a compute for long periods which is a problem for me.

It provides a light support for the back but isn't in the same league as the leather or heavy support belts for construction or weight lifting (or cost or discomfort either).

Can be a little fussy to adjust and I find the suspenders to be a determent which is why it gets a 4 (even if you remove the suspenders it is fussy to adjust).

As a server, I carry heavy trays around for 8 hours a day. I also have to bus tables that come in all heights. Bending over and standing back up with heavy trays and maneuvering around the dining room with them really used to put a strain on my back, so I bought one of these.

I haven't had a problem since and know that when I get older, I will thank myself for taking care of my back now.

None of the companies who make these back supports seem to have ever tried their products on real people to get the sizing right. I don't see any size guidelines in the listing and the size chart offered in another review is pretty far off, from my experience. I have a waist size that varies from 42 to 46 depending on how active I am. Because the stretchy side wings are too long on the XL, it's really too big to give me strong back support. I just ordered the same thing in a size Large, which I expect to be pretty tight when my waist is at 44 inches -but it needs to be tight to provide good back support. This brand is very well made but it's useless if it doesn't fit right. I could probably have used the XL if they had simply made the side panel adjusters a bit shorter. They were definitely too long to give any meaningful adjustability -so you have to be within a few inches of the size it's made for or you will need a different size! As I said, this back support is very well-made but, size-wise, this company has not planned or designed very thoughtfully.

This First Aid + Burn Cream is a great addition (or really, a foundation) of a first aid kit. The price is great, and this is the same product that comes in many already-configured kits...but this is much cheaper.

I ordered mine September 2009, and the expiration of them is April 2012, so these are up-to-date batches, too.

These contain Benzalkonium chloride (0.13%) and Lidocaine HCL (0.5%)...are are labeled "Antiseptic Pain Relief with Aloe."

The only downside is that they are "blister packed" 3 together, so actually opening them isn't very fun. But after cutting myself on the packaging, I was able to immediately use First Aid Only 1" X 3" Fabric Bandage, 100-Count Boxes (Pack of 3).

The price is right for these individual packets which we use to restock our office first aid kit as well as first aid kits for employees working in the field.

Recently I had outpatient surgery and was using an adhesive based tape to fasten the dressing in place. After five days, I developed a rash on my neck. I purchased this product as a substitute and was pleased with the results. My rash dissipated and this tape managed to do a good job in terms of keeping my dressings in place without irritation. It was easier to remove than an adhesive based tape and didn't leave the equally annoying adhesive residue on my skin.

The only difficulty I had with this tape was getting it to adhere. I found if I put a little pressure on the tape that touched my skin it stayed in place and worked well until I removed it.
