Olbas Sampler Kit

Olbas Soothes Herbal remedies Sampler Kit 1 ea

Olbas is a good blend of essential oils well known for their therapeutic properties, particularly for respiratory issues. Use the oil sparingly because it's scent (wintergreen) is very strong & might irritate those with sensitive skin/sinuses. The Olbas tea is one of my favorite remedies because it really seems it take the chill off during a cold, rainy autumn evening. I also find it useful when I have sinus congestion, coughs, or a mild headache but again, these are my personal experiences & someone else may not get the same relief from this product as I do. The tea is quite tasty but again, be mindful how much you add to your cup because it can become overpowering if you add too much. The Olbas pastilles are strong & have an acquired taste but I did find relief for my sore throat/cough using them. Again, caution in how you use these because too many in one day may cause nausea in sensitive individuals. The Olbas massage oil is nice in that it contains the original Olbas Oil with the European vitamin oil "HACOBA" (FYI: HACOBA oil is a mixture of vegetable oils which contain the vitamins B1, B2, B6, E & F (essential fatty acids) Excellent for the skin). The Olbas muscle rub works about the same as any other wintergreen type muscle rub pain reliever. In general, this kit is a nice little assortment of their main product line in sample sizes. The kit I originally ordered said it was 7-pcs but I was pleasantly surprised to receive the 9-pc instead at no extra cost.

This was definitely a great purchase. The kit contained multiple Olbas items that are all useful. The cost would be more expensive to purchase the items separately, so it's worth the price, plus you can try out the different products.

These Tic Tacs taste funny. They don't have much flavor and are hard to swallow. I don't know what's wrong with them. Are they expired or something? I like the orange ones. Those are awesome. Either way, not bad. Definitely worth selling my firstborn child to those Korean businessmen in the alley behind the CVS to get them.

People may initially be put off by this product, and admittedly paying more than $46k for an earplug dispenser seems a bit excessive at first. They do a great job of blocking sound though. Sure, you could by this many ear plugs for just a few dollars at any hardware store, but you can't brag about those!

The price is certainly right. $46,710.00; well within just about anybody's budget and worth every penny. I mean, how much would YOU pay to not hear things? Yeah me, too. But hold on here, Harvey take a good look at the shipping cost: $10.40! That's ten DOLLARS and forty CENTS! What do they think I am? Made of money? I'm happy to pay the $46,710.00 but that hidden "shipping" charge is just insane! And this isn't an Amazon Prime item, either!

My daughter has spina bifida as well as several allergies. She is able to wear regular girls' panties with an incontinence pad, but was having allergic reactions to most pads on the market. I was grateful to discover the Elyte brand, which are 100% cotton, but had trouble finding a size that provided the amount of absorption she needed without being too large a pad to fit into her panties. This size is perfect and does the job very well.

The particular item is what I ordered and what I had hoped for. I needed something all cotton and this item is all cotton. But I purchased it on the 10th. Order indicates estimated to ship 13-14th. Didn't ship until 19th. Shows on order UPS Mail Innovations but it actually went by regular post office. Something this simple shouldn't have taken almost 2 weeks to ship and mail. I did get it by June 21st. Doubt I'll order from this vendor again. I've purchased a lot from Amazon and never waited this long for delivery before. If you purchase this particular item be aware shipping is a longggg wait.

This kit is really, really small. It is something to carry in your glove compartment, or in a purse or pocket. It looks like a back pack for a small stuffed toy, and for this reason, I think it is perfect for teaching children about first aid. In any case, it holds all the essential bandages, but don't expect it to be big. Its really very small.

This is a nice little kit to carry with you when hiking. it is small enough to attached to your belt with a carabiner and light so that you wont even realize its there. I added a actual tube of antibiotic cream and a small bottle of sunscreen. Its not meant to be a full kit, only a small portable kit. I really like it.

This kit offers basic bandages,gauze, alcohol wipes, antibiotic ointment. Included are items needed to address a minor cut or scrape. I like it because it fits nicely in small storage spots where these items are needed (glove compartment, trunk, backpack, briefcase, golf bag, purse, etc.) I agree with the others that adding some of your own items will make it more useful. The red nylon carring case is easy to find and protects small first aid supplies. Worth it for less than ten bucks.

This a cheap piece of junk made in China. After looking at the "medical items", I found that they were mostly cheap bandages and hand-wipes, yes hand wipes. I don't trust the safety of the one non-aspirin pill or the two rather suspicious looking antibiotic ointment pads. First aid kits are for emergencys and I wouldn't trust the safety or effectiveness of anything in here when I needed to use it.

These Rescue Howler whistles are the same as the yellow Micro whistles except for the package label. They even have the same "Fox 40 Micro" imprint on them. Although they used to be different compare pictures of the two whistles where the lanyard is threaded through to attach they're the yellow Micro whistles, now.

And yes, they are EXTREMELY LOUD when blown properly. If given a half-hearted puff, the whistle produces a weak sound such as J. B. Turner complained about.

Personally, I think every child should be issued a whistle when on a hike or camping. These whistles appeared to be ideal. It is lightweight, and very shrill/loud when I blow it. What's not to like? The answer for me is the energy required to blow it. My small eight year old daughter seems to have a bit of a problem blowing it and getting the desired sound. It is much easier for her to produce the sound with the the fox40, or even a classic referee's whistle. It could also envision a problem if a badly injured adult is attempting to use it for signaling. For that reason I'm sticking with the fox 40 for my kids.

The idea behind this product is a good one. But i found that you need to put quit a bit of brerath behind it to get the level descibed in discription. If you take into account that some one injured may not have the ability to put all that much air into blowing the whistle it's not a good thing. In an emergency situation when you realy need it you are out of luck. Just my opinion, never the less i believe a good emergency signaling whistle should take into account that possibility.

I got these whistles for my emergency supply kits for home and auto, for me and family. I like the fact that they are pealess, that is, they don't have that little pea-sized ball of cork or plastic inside that makes the whistle work. In that sense, they are supremely reliable and will work as they should so long as the holes are not plugged or obstructed.

The noise they let out is attention-getting and positively ear-splitting. These are good attributes and exactly what you want in an emergency whistle. Also, they are well-made and thick-walled.

The issue I have with them is that I really had to blow hard too hard, in my opinion to get these to sound off the way they should. In some situations, say if you were injured or trapped in a structure after an earthquake, it may not be possible or desirable to really fill up your lungs and bear down on this thing. While recognizing that there is some relation between air pressure and volume it seems that there should also be a way of generating an effectively loud signal without maximum pulmonary effort. As a reference, I am a fit and athletic man in his early 40's and not a frail asthmatic.

So, I have to give these whistles excellent marks for quality and for a sound that you could probably hear for miles. I give them fewer stars, however, as some in need of a rescue would not necessarily have the capacity to really give their lungs a workout on this whistle. I'm not just considering what I would be able to do with this whistle, you see, I am also considering whether my wife and child would be able to use it.

You need to blow pretty hard to get these whistles to sound properly. If you do, they're really loud and shrill. If you don't, they sound pretty pitiful. As other reviewers have pointed out, children or injured adults may have difficulty blowing hard enough, so make sure to test these out once you get them.
