To be honest, I don't use a hand cream regularly (lack of discipline), and in the winter, my hands become dry and cracked, primarily because I wash my hands a lot. I continued applying it several times a day, and within about 48 hours, my hands were completely healed and back to normal. I've never had such success with any other lotion or cream. Additionally, I love the fact that it's not the least bit greasy. I am now a certified Zim's junkie. I have the 6-oz. pump in the bath. Also, I keep two or more 2.7-oz. tubes and a supply of the vanilla stick lip moisturizer around at all times (perfect for desk, briefcase, travel bag, coat pocket, etc.) You simply cannot beat this product.
