For me, Neosporin agravates a wound and makes it worse. It seems I'm allergic to it. This is helpful because I frequently need wound care and this works with no adverse reaction.

The heading says it for me. This product really does aid in fighting minor skin irritations better than nay I have used previously

Not what I thought it would be. I was expecting more of a triple neosporin knock off. It was my mistake. I can't really blame this product. I haven't really used it ...yet...but I will.
