We were recently on a hiking trip and my daughter was wearing her new teva's and got a painful blister. Luckily, another hiker had the Glacier Gel in their pack and were kind enough to share with us. You just peel them open and put it right on the blister to provide a cooling protective layer between her foot and her shoe. It was a lifesaver and we were able finish the hike!
