My son had a mild persistent rash on his legs and wrist. We've tried everything including hydrocortisone. if you have burning, itching, cracked, inflamed, peeling and plaqued skin this is excellent as a handsoap. carry in your purse (or brief case) and use instead of handsoaps at work and public places. feels like a lotion and i don't cry anymore in pain when washing my hands. i can now scrub quite vigorously (currently flu/cold season) without crying due to the skin ailment that affects the palms of my hands and soles of my feet. love this product and use in conjunction with their cream, which does an excellent job of lulling me to sleep and works.

I also use it for my daughter's back. I noticed small, dry patches and they cleared up nicely using this and following with calendula or grapeseed oil as a 'lotion'.

I feel foolish for not noticing this is homeopathic. That means to me not evidence-based medicine and not even trace amounts of the "active" ingredients. If others are getting good results, I have no beef, but this type of product is not for me.
