Of the couple of brands I've tried, this one seems to work the best, and is a great deal too. I hadn't seen this brand before until last month, but since it was the only one the store had in stock that was 5mg, I decided to give it a shot. Man, that first night, I was out and didn't wake up until I got a full 8 hours of sleep. Since then, there have only been a few times where I needed to take another tablet, or they didn't seem to kick in at all, but that probably has more to do with whatever I ate a little before, or just thinking about too much when I'm laying there, as I usually do.

The bottle recommends to take one tablet 30 minutes before you go to bed, and that's about how long it takes to kick in. I don't feel drowsy or sluggish after waking up, and the times I've had to wake up early (5-6 hours after I go to bed), the alarm woke me up, so that's a sign that these things don't practically put you in a coma. There's no taste or smell to these either.

For people like me that work nights and have trouble falling asleep, or people that just need help going to sleep, I highly recommend these tablets. I'll be sticking with this brand for a while.

I do not have terrible insomnia but from time to time, I can't shut my mind down. I really like that I just feel sleepy, not drugged or groggy. I sleep soundly and wake up rested. Never had any lingering feelings of sleepiness. One thing that may be a side effect are weird dreams. Lots of them. Not bad ones, just strange. Doesn't keep me from taking one if I need it, though.
