Very solid collar, same ones as we carry on our ambulances, and the price is as low as you're likely to find. Not as comfortable as a soft collar if you're going to have it on for an extended period of time, but if you're looking for a good trauma immobilization collar it does exactly what it's supposed, goes completely flat to fit in most response bags, and fits most adult patients.

Had to add this to my already ordered trauma gear ?..but no big deal. This product is great value and easy to use.

This is the only neck brace I have ever owned. It's more of a neck-immobilizer for an ambulance crew, but I bought it because it lays flat and does not take up much space. It took away my pain. The foam padding is very thin, but I was so grateful that my agonizing neck pain went away that I thought it was the most comfortable contraption in the world. There is a Velcro strip in the front (for added stability, I think), but it came off. (In other words it's kind of flimsy.)

If you need to wear a neck brace daily and you're going to be on your feet moving around, you may want to get a sturdier model, but this works, is adjustable (will fit any adult), and lays flat in storage.

Great product to add to your medical kit. Took a little bit to figure it out even with the instructions, but once you figure it out its easy to use.
