A few years ago these could be found anywhere. Now they are rare. I don't know if people just stopped buying them or what, but when I tried to find some for first aid kits in day packs, no local stores had them most had never even heard of them!

I've never used one never needed to, but I have seen demonstrations on TV fishing shows in the past. They appeared to work well and easily.
