This is a clear thick gel, it works, has no smell, no sting, and the only thing that's odd about it is the ingredients list is different on the box from what's on the tube. Maybe they changed the formula? I bought it at a local store, and will be purchasing it regularly now. In the past several years I've noticed neosporin/bacitracin type stuff doesn't work at all, and I'm glad there's something that works finally. I was always after my doctor to give me Silver Sulfadene cream and was using that until I ran out. This might work on a similar principle. I hope it never stops working.

Great product. My wife has an allergy to bacitracin so this is peefect. I have ordered this twice. The second time the product expiration date was less then 6 months away, which was a little disappointing.
