I purchased this product after using ben wa balls which were pretty light weight, but much smaller than these. I was disappointed that I could already hold the smallest cone with all of the weight with very little effort. The product information makes it sound like this is impossible and means you aren't using them properly. I checked and rechecked, pulling it to sit as low as possible. I walked around the grocery store for over an hour without issue. This product is probably good for novices, but doesn't appear to be good for people who have already been doing kegels.

I just started using this two days ago so I will post an update after I've used it the full 12 weeks.i do not have stress incontinence however I am 44 and have had children so I thought it might be good to make sure I'm in shape down there.The cones come in a nice heart shaped box with different weights you can insert inside of the cones I think I was a little too confident and tried to start off with a weighted cone and it promptly slid right out of my vagina So I removed the weight and reinserted the cone for longer than the recommended twenty minutes..just kept it up there all day.
