These mankins are really easy to assemble and disassemble. The only comment (not necessarily a complaint) is that the infant mankins I received have arms and legs insted of the torso only mankins in the pictures.

These are tempting to save a few bucks off of the Laedral ones that Red Cross uses. Don't be tempted. They're junk. They fall apart randomly so you can't demonstrate the choking skills. Hard to tilt the head back too.
