it's a well put together ID and comes in a small container with a piece of paper to send back to the company your info to engraved on it, which takes about a week or so to get back. if your loved one needs one i'd for sure buy from this company.

What can I say. Basic, well made, alert necklace. Does the job, helpful if I have an issue. I've worn it in the shower, to the gym, around town and it has held up well. Thankfully haven't needed it in an emergency yet, but very happy to have it.
