Carex Carex 26 Inch Ez Grabber Reaching Aid

A friend got me this grabber and I've been using it in my home for over a year. I am in a powerchair and cannot bend and reach for things on the floor or in deep places. So this has become a necessary extension of my arms. I use it to get spray cans and cleaning supplies from under the sink. If the suction cups can get around it, I can grab it, and have dropped nothing so far. It pulls clothes out of my dryer. It picks up papers and books if I drop them on the floor. I have dogs that play with stuffed toys -at the end of the day, I go around and pick up all of their toys to put away. I was even able to pick up a quarter when I dropped it and it rolled under a kitchen chair. I'm VERY pleased with this product.

When you are disabled or need some assistance in reaching an item, a grabber is the answer. There are so many to choose from, and just because it's a good price does not mean good quality.

The Carex grabber is the best one I have purchased in my seven years of requiring a grabber.

Quality in every aspect.......material, assembly, etc. Some grabbers have a poor ability to grasp an item, not the case here. I have this one in my bathroom and it hangs outside my shower. If I drop something while showering I can feel secure that my grabber will not slip out of my hand and it will pick up the item.

I purchased a second one for my SUV.....drop your keys while entering your vehicle and you'll know why.

On a windy day when the breeze pulls my door away, there is no need to lean out and reach......use my grabber and safely close my door.

You may find a cheaper price .......but what you get is the same thing....cheap.

This is a much better designed grabber than the ones I have had in the past and that lasted about 2 months. the bend so it can fold 'feature' is the weakness of the others. Folding is not a useful option, especially when that is where it breaks.
