The other reviewer is dead on the product smells just like Ben Gay! The patch sticks on but doesnt come loose in a night of sleeping, and doesnt remove your hair when you pull it off. I often get these knots in my back and wake up feeling worse, if I apply one of these patches, I wake up feeling much much better. Works great for me.
