This works really good, especially in the shower, for cleaning open wounds and getting rid of the dead skin as the wound gradually heals.

This really works! I wash with hibiclens 2x a week as I read somewhere that you should not use this product everyday.I squeeze about 2oz in a 8oz.platic application bottle and fill the rest up with water to dilute it. I had been going thru a lot with wounded feet for years. But one day I looked at my right foot that was healed and saw the whole heel had fallen off. Of course I panicked and was full of fear. But then I thought if I go to ER they will amputate.

I wanted something for the car, and also as back-up for the larger kit we ordered just to have for emergencies, disasters or alien invasion.FIRST RESPONDER TRAUMA BAGFULLY STOCKEDWe have to add items to that large bag and I'm sure I'll add a few things to this Adventure kit (more otc meds/bandaids) as well; it seems many people just choose which kit they feel is best, and fill it in with supplies that may be lacking. I knew that for a price of $16.50 ( the 2.0 / one color version above ) it wouldn't be a major kit stocked to the brim with name brand items, but I am certainly pleased with what I received. The items which had expiration dates were either 2014 or 2016. They give a description of contents, but I've also uploaded some pictures above showing the contents and its size by placing a dollar bill next to it for scale. I had a hard time deciding whether or not to spend more $ for a different kit, but in the end decided to just get a well-received kit at a modest price and use it mainly for the car and as a means to refill our larger kit in a pinch. I really can't comment on the quality of the items, other than saying they look as though they will get the job done, they were all sealed and in perfect condition and again , the exp dates were a few years ahead. The scissors and tweezers do indeed seem cheap, but as long as they work, I'm happy.

** Alsothe product tag with the barcode that was attatched to the bag had a "Bonus" offer. It states that if you register this kit online, you will receive 25 % off your refill order. I thought that was nice.

Also, the comment about "alien invasion" above was just a joke. I'm not sitting around, waiting for the next comet to bring the mother ship, or building a bunker for when December 21 st comes around.

Fast shipping!! Kit had everything that was stated in there add. Also, there is room to add some extra, small mirror, magnifer glass, zip ties, heat patch, water proof matches. I would also replace the whistle with better quality. Easy Care Easy Access Bandage Fabric

I like plastic bandages because they are water resistant (I wash my hands a lot), but my family members like the flexible fabric ones. These are good quality bandages! We've all gotten really good at the grip pull stick and it takes us like 5 seconds to put one on now. I can't believe we used to deal with the old style of bandages for so many years. So glad Easy Access Bandages available at Amazon.

I have always preferred the more recognized brands of bandages, but recently I picked these up at a local store to give them a try on a whim. These bandages are AMAZING. They stay on very well (no more of the two-bandage application to hold a first bandage on) and are extremely simple to put on. I always seemed to tear the conventional packages too roughly, tearing the bandage or sticking it to itself but this simple, straightforward package pretty much eliminates that problem. If you pull on them too fast sometimes the bandage "rebounds" on itself and sticks, but overall I had no problem using these to dress a wound with one hand alone, and the staying power of these things is great--just as good as a traditional brand, if not better. In fact, these stayed on a difficult area better than a normal name brand bandage did! They kept falling off, but these suckers stayed on fine. I also like that the adhesive area goes all around the pad, sealing out dirt/debris. Nice touch :)

It is a large cot which I thought would be for large fingers. Actually it is so short that it really only works for the thumb.

I ordered these for health reasons and really wish I had just ordered disposable gloves, which I have since orderd. The finger cots say large, but they were tight, and I have a small size 5 finger. They go not quite to the middle knuckel. Not enough coverage. Then it was hard to get off. I really don't know what they are good for.

I purchased this kit to take with me on a trip to Cambodia this past winter. I am an EMT back in the states and this kit was the perfect little travel kit. It's big enough to cover anything short of a critcial emergency but it was small enough to not at all be a burden for my backpacking trip. Went right in the bottom of my bag and I forgot it was there until I needed it, and when I did it worked perfectly. We used the medications, the cut and scrape stuff, and there was enough spare room in it to keep some homeopathic remedies with us as well. I keep this thing stocked and ready at home, as it also serves as a perfectly equipped and sized home first aid kit. Definately multi purpose, I would take this with me car camping as well.

I am an avid preparedness enthusiast and maintain two kits, one in my home and one for mobile. I lost my last Adventure Kit, which I bought and customized 5 years ago. So I was trepidatious about getting another and having to customize it all over again.

Imagine my surprise when I received this product! Very little customization was necessary. It's not as small as my original, which is great because there is lots of room for additional supplies and, it has elements that are excellent for international travel (which I do occasionally) as well as for the backwoods.

But for the price, I expected it to have everything it says it has inside!
