Prestige Medical S14-bee Retractable Badge Holder with Bulldog Clip, Bee
I purchased this badge more than a month ago and it lasted only for a little over two weeks. The bee looks huge compared to what is listed on the website. The retractable tag was of very poor quality, it got stuck often and you have to pull the tag and release manually to correct it every time it got stuck; and after about 2 weeks of use, the tag broke. I would not recommend this.

I got a lot of compliments on this cute badge holder, but every time I turned around it had come unsnapped and my badge was on the floor. I have small hands. Cue small peeper routine. It's not true, btw.Anyway, have small hands, and I've always gone for small, or even ladies gloves, to fit correctly and give me sensation. In any kind, snowboarding, gardening, whatever.
These slide on great, ( the Black Lightning brand just sucks, hard to get on all the way, and you'll rip them trying to do so ).
So Semper Force, these are my brand.
Tip: if you have nitrile gloves like Black Lightning that won't get all the way on, drip some water inside, for lube. A little baby powder does the trick too, or anything really. But oils or petroleum is a bad idea, too much slippage, your hand could burst right through at the wrong moment.
Be safe.. And BLACK GLOVES ARE COOL.

XL Paramedic, EMT, Medic, EMS Tool Pouch & Sheath
I purchased the XL EMS Tool Pouch and Sheath for my work with the EMS System in my state. I wanted a large enough pouch to hold my medic gear securely so that I could save some pocket space for other items.I am fairly impressed with the construction and materials so far.
As stated, it can hold a stethoscope in the large back pocket, but I use a dual lumen, dual head type and it takes a little effort to get it put in there and I have to be careful when I pull it out as mine has a rubber ring securing the diaphrams to the bells and it has a tendency to want to roll off and then I have to put it together again, which can be a little distracting in an emergency and if I lose a piece in the field, I am pretty much S.O.L.
The velcro closure system on the pouch does not go to the bottom of the unit and the flap will not pull down tight across the tops of my tools, which means that they are not as secure as I would like them to be, although I have not actually lost any yet.
It could also use a velcro or snap flap to secure shears or hemostats in the pockets, or a securing flap across the entire outer flap to pull the outer flap tight to keep everything in the pockets.
All in all appears to be a decent product, but could use some adjustments. I am not a designer, but a user, and these are just my opinions.
This is why I gave it four stars and not five.
I will take mine to a seamstress to see if she can put an extra piece of velcro across the bottom of the pouch or a larger piece higher inside the flap, or both, to make it more secure and maybe a closure across the outer flap.

Shipping is fine. Product is not as excellent as shown in picture. The stethoscope fits in nicely in the pouch, but the EMT shearer fits in loosely and has the tendency to drop out of the pouch when moving about. I am an EMT on a volunteer rescue squad. I'll probably never have my EMT cargo style pants on when the pager goes off, and this holster lets me have everything I need in one package ready to go. The only improvement I'd like to see is a belt clip instead of a belt loop so you could clip it onto a pocket or belt instead of having to thread your belt through the loop.

I chose to purchase this because of the lidocaine. I've used it on a couple of small cuts, and it does take most of the stinging away while keeping it clean. I use it when my ingrown toenail flares up. This is gross, but after draining pus I soak the area in Mercuroclear and just let it set for a minute or so. It helps greatly in the pain and by the next day, the swelling is down significantly.When you unscrew the top, there is a plastic piece that hangs down from the lid. It has a rounded tip. This is your so-called applicator. If you get a big enough drop of the liquid on it, and just sort of tap the lid above where you want the liquid, a drop usually falls off. But, it is also easy to touch the end of the applicator to the desired spot. This isn't the most sanitary way, though, so I would recommend not sharing this product with others in the household. It is cheap enough for all to have their own bottle.
The scent of Mercuroclear isn't bad. It is a mild, mottled medicinal scent that doesn't linger on skin after it dries. Not bothersome at all.
Best of all, Mercuroclear doesn't sting like peroxide or alcohol when applied to a cut or abrasion. I LOVE THAT! If the area already hurts, why add to it? Instead, numb it!
The pain relieving aspect of the lidocaine works fast. It doesn't last a whole long time, but it does take the edge off of the pain quickly enough that I can forget about it.
