I have used various brands of vinyl gloves for years. Some are too thin, my only problem I have encountered. These gloves are stiff, don't seem thin, but are a more clear material than most vinyl gloves I have seen.

I bought this micropore tape based on many solid reviews from Amazon customers, and I am surprised and impressed by how effective it is. I bought the tape because ordinary bandages never stay on, especially on fingers when subjected to frequent hand washing. This tape REALLY sticks and stays where you want it to be, for several hours. It almost seems like a second skin, because there are no edges sticking up that cause it to peel off, as would happen with regular bandages. I would highly recommend this product. This floor tape applicator does the job that it is supposed to do. When it arrived, it seemed dirty (as if it had been sitting in a warehouse for YEARS), and the handle was a bit askew. Also, you'll need to go over the tape with a cloth or something after the application to be sure the tape takes. We found that the weight of the applicator is not enough to completely seal the tape to the floor.
I have used a couple of other pads for Incontinence, but have found Poise to the be best. Like the new hourglass shape, but wish they made it in the longer size. Appreciated the free shipping from Amazon, but would have appreciated it more, if I didn't have to order quite such a large order. Pricing at Amazon is competitive w/local retail in my area.

The new hourglass shape is not only more comfortable than the straight pads, it makes the pads more efficient by minimizing the side leaks that occur if the pad bunch up. I was skeptical about the length because I had been using the extra long variety , but I found my worries to be groundless. I was surprised that these worked really well. I have not had that much luck with Poise and usually defer to Tena, these pads were terrific.
When I was younger, I got large cracks in my feet from walking barefoot constantly during the summer. We had a dilapidated old tin of Watkins Petro Carbo Salve from long previous to me. My great-grandfather was a Watkins salesman, and as such we nicknamed the product "Grandpa's Salve". To this day, I've found nothing better. I've tried expensive products, cheap products, of which one has come distantly close (does that even make sense?) a wax/oil concoction called Badger. Still, no cigar. Many years ago Vaseline quit making what they called Carbolated Vaseline, which was a great product for small scrapes, chapped lips and crotch rot. Forget that waxy old stuff called Chapstick. I always liked Petro-Carbo salve. It is great for healing cuts and scrapes. Unfortunately it is not effective on eczema. I tried it on an eczema rash, but it only made it a bit red.
This is a great fix for compression hose the cut into your ankles, just cut a piece of Velfoam and put it around your ankle as you put your hose on. It might not look so pretty, but it sure beats having to readjust your hose 4 or 5 times because they are cutting into your ankles.

This is a good product for people (like me!) who hate getting this stuff on your hands. It works like regular Bengay, but it's got an applicator with a studded massage tip nice for applying to my neck and shoulders. The only area where this fell short is the "vanishing scent" claim. I don't use a lot at once and can still smell it for hours, although it's not as strong as the original scent. I plan to buy another one for the office to help combat tension headaches.

This compression bandage works well on my leg when used in conjunction with the much longer 10 meter bandage, for the second wrapping layer. The Jobst Comprilan bandages hold up well after numerous washes, using either warm or hot water.
This is what my radiologist -and the entire Radiology Department at Inova Alexandria Hospital -give to their breast cancer patients undergoing radiation. They had me start applying it three times a day a few days before treatment. It was a month into my daily therapy before I even noticed a redness in the skin. This was as bad as the effects of the radiation got. They also distribute the ointment made from Calendula that comes in a tube and I found that applying this to the surgery scars gradually reduced the size of the keloids, which are now diminishing and, I hope, will eventually disappear. It's very gentle cream, is easily absorbed, and works.
