I liked these because I have a hard time swallowing large pills. These are not as large as most fish oil supplements so they are easier to swallow.Read Best Reviews of 21st Century Alaska Wild Fish Oil Softgels, 90-Count Here
A wild fish oil supplement was recommended to me by my eye doctor. I find that this product works wonderfully at a reasonable cost. Tablets arrived from Amazon within the useable date restrictions.Want 21st Century Alaska Wild Fish Oil Softgels, 90-Count Discount?
This vitamin works really well for me as I am extremely allergic to fresh water fish and some sea water fish so I wanted to make sure that I purchased a good quality of fish oil. This along with other vitamins that I take, in my opinion, has allowed me to stay extremely healthy.Emergency Dental Kit
Here are the included items I would consider almost without worth or better substituted for your normal bathroom kit item or similar description:
Plastic tweezers. These are absolutely garbage.
Plastic dental mirror. Again, total garbage, even listed as disposable.
5 yrds of floss
2 flat plastic "spatulas." Again, these are just tiny sticks of plastic, garbage.
2 paper dishes. Like the kind you meds would be delivered to a patient in at the hospital.
4 Cotton rolls
A VERY small amount of dental wax
2 gauze pads. The kind you get at any pharmacy for pennies each.
4 200mg tablets of ibuprofen
2 skin wipes like you get after a meal of ribs or chicken wings
As you can see, this stuff is either just plain garbage (tweezers, spatulas, and mirror), or is such an item you A) either already pack (floss, ibuprofen, wipes, etc), or B) really don't need to spend a premium for what little tiny amount you're getting (paper cups, cotton rolls, gauze, etc).
Some items would be useful:
A VERY small amount of temporary cement and temporary filling
1 CC of Eugenol. You read that correctly, ONE CC. Don't spill any!
But again, you can get this stuff at your local pharmacy for WAY, WAY cheaper. Not even close, and I don't mind spending up a bit for a good kit that saves me time running around. This one is just plain poor.
The instructions are laughably silly. This is not a real dental kit. Save your money!! Traveler's supply, expect my return request!Pleasantly surprised to find this dental kit to be the perfect item for traveling, keeping in the RV, and stashing in my backpack. The cost was intermediate against other kits, so I was wondering if I should have spent more not the case at all. While it does come with a reusable stiff and compact (for the amount of stuff in it) plastic container, it would be nice to have a little nylon zip pouch with soft edges to store the bits. I'll find something around the house to serve that purpose. If you are the kind of person who thinks about what's in your first aid kit, you have to have a dental kit. And there is really nothing else that you need: it covers it all. Overall, pleased. No one thinks about a leaky filling or cracked tooth before an emergency, but when the pain hits there is nothing more important than relief. It may be for just a week-end or a longer term emergency, but for tooth pain, relief is priceless. I do not have the best teeth in the world and I do not see a dentist every year. I bought this kit because it's necessity was pointed out by an experienced survival expert I admire. If you have any kind of emergency kit, "Go Bag" or survival preparations, you should have this dental kit. We're full-time RVers and often visit places off the beaten path and away from immediate medical & dental care so I purchased this kit to augment our First Aid Medical kit. I haven't had to use it yet but I did review the items and included instructions. It certainly seems to be adequate to handle any dental problems until you can find a dentist. I also recommend the kit for home First Aid Kits too since dental problems can happen anywhere and if they happen on a weekend or holiday good luck finding a dentist. If you have a dental problem in the middle of a flood or severe snow storm, this kit is a good tool to have available. It will hold you until you can get to a dentist and get professional help. Added it to my emergency kit to insure that all the bases were covered.
First Aid Only Quick Relief Instant Cold Compress, 125-Count Box
The product arrived last night, and I threw three packs into my shoulder bag to keep at work with me. I have tried all three packs, and none of them got cold. They were cool to the touch, but far, far removed from being cold. Shaking the bag will provide 2-3 seconds of reasonable cold, but this product is useless for my swollen ankle. This wouldn't even be a good cold pack for a summer day. This was a waste of money, and I do not recommend this brand. Other brands get much colder. If I find one that works better, I'll try to remember to post back here with a recommendation. The cold pack remains cold for about 30 seconds. Which means for an injury you blow through about 3 or 4 in 5 minutes. Low cost = Low quality product.

I buy these in bulk for our indoor playground and I'm purchasing these again in bulk again. We get lots of bumps and bruises with the kids and all you have to do is smack it hard against a counter or clap both hands on it and it instantly gets cold. It has always worked. Always!Read Best Reviews of First Aid Only Quick Relief Instant Cold Compress, 125-Count Box Here
The compresses arrived quickly and in great shape. They are definitely for temporary cold therapy, but last as long or longer as more expensive ones we have purchased locally. They seem to be fairly durable. We go through a lot of these things due to medical issues and have been very satisfied with their performance--will definitely order again. One word of warning---they are VERY cold, so be certain to protect skin with a cloth between you and the cold compress.Want First Aid Only Quick Relief Instant Cold Compress, 125-Count Box Discount?
I order these for our school. They work fine and cost twice as much elsewhere.7 Day Pill Pack - Medicine Organizer Dispenser
At 1/2 inch deep, it is fairly thin. Placing it in a shirt pocket should not be much of a problem and it won't take up much room in a purse.
I have not had any problems with the lids breaking or had difficulty with shutting or opening them when needed. I've also never had a lid open while in my purse. Because I take a good number pills, it would be quite the annoyance to have to pick them up from my purse if the lids spontaneously opened.
If you buy two of these, you can fill them and have 14 days of medication/vitamins at your fingertips. Don't waste precious time everyday trying to figure out what you need to take.
You've probably seen several styles of this pill box. Some are 1/2 inch deep, some are an inch deep, some have four compartments and others two compartments. This product will hold large pills if you need to take them. If you have to take quite a few large pills, however, you may want to consider another option (see image gallery). This four compartment,1/2 inch deep pill box actually holds less pills than the two compartment 1/2 inch deep pill box that is available. I have personally found the four compartment, inch deep pill box the best for my needs. You can see the deep, one inch box here: 7 Day 4 Compartment Pill Organizer DEEP One Inch.
The deep one inch, four compartment pill box is the same style and material as the two compartment and four compartment boxes that are each 1/2 inch deep. So the user really needs to determine how much space is needed for the pills to be taken.
I have included some photos in the product gallery that may help you make your decision. I used the largest vitamin that I take so you can, perhaps, formulate some idea what each type will hold. These boxes have simplified my life and have made the process of taking what I need to take to stay healthy less of a chore.I take several pills, three times a day and my old 7-day organizer simply wasn't big enough to hold my meds and vitamins. I'm so pleased with this pill box organizer. In just the "Morning" section, it can easily hold a large calcium tab, a large fish oil capsule, an extra large potassium tablet, as well as three other pills. Everything fits, yet the item is so compact it doesn't take up a lot of space. The only (minor) complaint is that the first time I opened the plastic tops they were a little hard to open. But once I got them all open, the hinges loosened and they all open and shut easily now. This is really a convenient product!

I've been using this for six weeks. While I like the organizer once it is filled, it is seriously a pain to actually fill it up with a week's worth of pills. I don't take a LOT of meds/supplements, well, am: three supplements, noon: two supplements, evening: two supplements, night: one supplement, two prescriptions. (So maybe that IS a lot.) Anyhow, to fill this up a week at a time, I have to take all seven containers out and line them up so that all of the morning/noon sections are at the bottom, just to make sure I will be putting the right stuff in the correct time slot. Opening each section also is a bother since they don't all open in the same direction. Morning/Noon will open at the bottom, and then the Evening/Night are upside down and open at the top. What I DO like is that it is nice and compact as it hardly takes up any room, but that's because of how each day is set up, which is what my main complaint is above.
I'm moving to the Four-a-day, Weekly, One Day At a Time, Medication Organizer Large. I know it takes up more counter space, but it's worth it for ease of use. I'm sure there are other ones out there that might work even better, but I do need to be able to take the day's worth of stuff with me to work too.

I'm happy and pleased with this pill box organizer. It is with different color for each day this I like most. I see if company write on number like 1,2,3,4 than it will become more helpful for those who wear eyeglass. It is stressful to read word without eyeglass but it is easy to read (Numeric) 1,2,3,4. The company put braille language on box it is more welcome. The product is Ideal for exactly and serve the purpose.I strongly recommend the product.

3M Micropore Tape 1530-2, 60 Rolls (Pack of 10)
3M's 2" Micropore tape is probably the best tape available for routine use on the skin. It grips well even if there is hair on the surface, it removes without bringing any skin with it, and it generally leaves little if any residue.
It does absorb moisture pretty well without losing grip, although it doesn't shed that moisture easily; the tape will be sopping wet even if a bandage it secures isn't.
5 stars. Best on the market and a good price too.

I am in nursing school and we are required to carry bandage scissors as part of our uniform. We were all issued the same style and that's also what is sold in our school's bookstore. Of course, since everybody has the same pair, they have a tendency to be "borrowed" and never returned. I bought these because I knew they would stand out and be less likely to disappear. I'm happy with that part of the purchase. The handle does leave a little to be desired. The loops for your fingers are a little bit small and the plastic seam where they were molded is pretty rough. If you're using these for cutting bandages, you're going to be wearing gloves and really only snip here and there so the comfort is not such a big deal but, if you're buying them for other applications, they probably aren't going to be ideal to use for long periods. Also, the handle just looks kind of cheap.
I got the teal color and it doesn't look exactly the same as it appeared in the picture on my computer. The scissors in real life are a little bit brighter, which actually serves my purpose of being noticeable a little better. There is enough room on the plastic handle to put your initials or name (in small print) with a sharpie for even more identification, something that doesn't work out very well with stainless handles.
The scissors are sharp, aligned very well, and cut just as well as more expensive brands. Since the handle is plastic instead of stainless, they are more lightweight and that feels better both in your pocket and your hand. The scissors are made in Pakistan and that seems to be a step up from the standard made in China pair.
Overall, I'm pleased and would recommend them. I'm only deducting a star because of the cheap looking and feeling handle.

My mother was a nurse, and she gave me surgical scissors (didn't know they had a particular name at the time). I loaned them to another nurse during a trauma, and he raved about how well they cut -went thru jeans, coban, and gauze alike. He asked where he could get a pair, and I didn't know what to tell him. So I did an image search, found a large selection of them on Amazon, ordered a pair and hoped for the best! That's what I got. Glad to know what they're called, in case my pair ever wears out (had them 5 yrs, haven't even needed sharpening).
