This product is well made, performs as advertised, and arrived promptly... well before the expected delivery date. I have no complaints regarding the device itself. However (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), I have been unable to find any supplier locally or in this general area of the state that will refill this cylinder without a doctor's prescription. The manufacturer's promotional statement "No prescription required" apparently applies only to the original purchase, and not to conventional refill regulations for medical Oxygen. This fact should have been made clear in the promotional literature.I've noticed since this purchase that other manufacturers of similar equipment use the same "No prescription" statement to entice buyers.
