While the product arrived damaged (not sure how, it appears to be very good quality), the customer service at BigFlySports is absolutely excellent. Their reply was almost instant, and they did everything possible to fix the problem, including refunding the money without requiring me to ship it back. Just an FYI, the first aid kit is rather small, it's really made to be carried on the belt (comes with strap and hooks for military webbing).
